Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)

☆Cancellations + Alterations ☆

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

The location was great. It is a well maintained and cleaned unit in an old building. Everything went well. I tend to worry about old pipes so the Brita filter in the fridge was a great extra to ease my. The bed was a firm memory foam that was a great change compared to the too soft mattresses that are more common.

We enjoyed our stay here!! Such a cute apartment in a wonderful location. Located right across from a great coffee shop and near tower grove park. The online guides were so helpful for our stay, and the instructions were very clear. I’m favoriting this location!

Affordable 1-bedroom close to Tower Grove Park

Enjoyed my stay in the Tower Grove neighborhood. Apartment had all I needed for 6 day stay and was conveniently located to visit family in other parts of St. Louis. Enjoyed the local coffee shop on the same block, walking in Tower Grove park, visiting the nearby Botanical Gardens, and walking over to restaurants on Grand and Morgan Ford.

Would not recommend

Check-in was frustrating. Their system asked for my driver's license and a photo taken contemporaneously but, because I don't look like my driver's license photo, it couldn't authenticate me. After multiple attempts, I was able to get them to bypass the system. Communication was good but process was bad.The place is barely furnished. On arrival for a 2 week stay, I found a total of 2 forks, 3 spoons, and 3 knives. There was only one bath towel. The bed cover was whisper thin even though it was February. I've never had to ask for anything to be brought to a rental before but I needed a flatware, towels, and some blankets. The employee who brought them was very nice and apologetic. The unit is not high-end. Paint was peeling off the bathtub, a dining chair was broken, and the mattress was some kind of foam (not normal memory foam) that created a sink hole where I slept. From a safety standpoint, the top third of the front door is a glass window with a see-through curtain. The door also has a very large crack running down the middle (you can see light through it).
