Magnolia at Tower Grove Park is a gorgeous flat in the heart of Tower Grove East. Why stay somewhere else and fight traffic-just walk! The eclectic restaurants and bars on Grand Ave and Tower Grove Park are just down the street. Our flat is tastefully appointed, and features gorgeous hardwood floors and a full kitchen. There's a bedroom with a super-comfortable queen size bed, and our living room magically transforms into a private 2nd bedroom when you open the sofa-sleeper and close the french doors!

The sun-filled living room overlooks tree-lined Magnolia Avenue, and features beautiful hardwood floors, decorative lighting, bright windows, and a stylish sectional sofa. Larger parties will love that the living room magically transforms into a second bedroom. The sofa elegantly converts into a full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). Set up the bed, close the french doors, and you have your own private second bedroom - you'll even have your own entrance! The living room is also equipped with a 50" flat screen Roku Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. ☆Cancellations + Alterations ☆

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

The apartment was very clean and had charm. It says in the listing 4 people can stay. Technically that is true because you can add ottomans to the couch to make it a sort of bed. We just went and bought an air mattress instead. Also the mattress in the bedroom dips towards the middle. The location is good and I loved that the apartment was pet friendly.

Very cute place. The dining room and set was so charming, we loved spending time in there. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, plus basic salt/pepper/oil was provided. We were there during a heatwave and the place stayed relatively cool. Some fans would be helpful, only one ceiling fan that's in living room. The place was quiet and the neighborhood was safe. We took many walks. A couple good restaurants within a mile too. Could have been a little cleaner. The soles of our slippers were filthy, possibly from a cleaning product film on the floor.

The location is pretty good. Safe neighborhood and pretty clean. The apartment is on the second floor, up two flights of very narrow stairs. There is a small kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, a kitchen sink.
