Thermostat for the air conditioning would not go lower than 66 and the air conditioning would not stay running to cool down the room. Pillows are really small, more like throw pillows for a couch.

We really enjoyed the soda bar, the happy hour, and that breakfast was actually pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go. Some really decent food options within walking distance of the hotel. Location is a bit odd, but not really a big deal.

Run down location

We pulled up to a very run down looking hotel. The front doors had been boarded up and looked as though were shot through. The parking lot was small, had people working their cars and looked unsafe to keep a vehicle. Reluctantly, my husband walked in to check it out from inside. It smelled, had shady clientele and as a passing gift, stepped in gum in the lobby. We decided we were not staying there and pulled around to the Drury Inn and booked a room there. They were able to find my Pear Tree reservation and attempted to cancel it on our behalf. Not sure if that happened yet.

I always stay there and theyre always very friendly and helpful. I dont like all the trucks and vacant facility around it which makes me nervous especially walking my dog at night. I will keep staying there.

Staff courteous and friendly, the happy hour when we arrived was a pleasant surprise after traveling. We enjoyed the restaurant next door and happy to have a restaurant within walking distance. Beds were comfortable, but housekeeping not as reliable as we would have liked. Breakfast was adequate but not great. We liked the location right next to the highway, would stay again if in the area.

Night 1: We checked in, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable accommodations, great places to eat in the immediate area. Next Morning: Great breakfast and left the hotel for the day Night 2: A tornado passed by the hotel while we were at a Gabriel (Fluffy) Iglesias concert. There was lots of damage and power was out. I don’t think I should review the 2nd night.
