The beautifully renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home accommodating families, business travelers as well as vacationers. The homes has 2 separate living-rooms, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxing on each level. The neighborhood is safe and it is an excellent location to explore all that St Louis has to offer. It is 10 min drive to Downtown, the Arch, Busch Stadium and the Ball Park Village. A short drive to a Missouri Botanical garden, the St Louis Zoo and all of the exhibits in Forest Park. If you love frozen Custard, the famous Ted Drewes is just a few minutes drive away in St Louis Hills.

Space :
The Home is 1038 sq.ft upstairs, and total finished space with basement is 1800 sq ft. The homes has 2 separate living-rooms, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxing on each level. It has 3 bedroom and 1 bath on the main level. The basement has the 2nd living-room, an additional bedroom and a full bath. On both levels, the living rooms are spacious with comfy couches and they are equipped with 55” and 40” flatscreen TVs. You can watch Netflix and 80 basic channels on both TV’s. The Lower level’s living-room has a openable queen size sofa couch comfortably sleeps 2 person. All 4 bedrooms have queen size beds with memory foam mattress ranging from firm to plush, so you can pick which firmness you prefer:). The home includes a washer/dryer, high speed Wifi internet, bedroom ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and stylish design. The home has drive-way comfortable fits 2 cars and an additional parking space at front of the home.

The house was very well kept nice clean it made you feel like home away from him. Very quiet neighborhood not far from stores. Kitchen had plates, pots and pans , and utensils . Would rent this property again.

The property was very clean and looked exactly as we expected. The kitchen was fully equipped with a wide assortment of pots and pans and more than ample plates, bowls, tableware and cooking utensils. The host was very responsive to my inquiries and provided the necessary check in information three days ahead of time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and made up with tasteful bedding. There were ample towels and an assortment of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Every sink was supplied with hand soap. A shopping center was just four minutes away and downtown was less than fifteen minutes away.

Easy location

House in an easy location to get on the highway to go downtown or anywhere you want to go. Plenty of room for all of us. The basement is nice is some guests want to be separated from the guests on the main floor

Nice place for a family stay

The house looks small from the outside but has plenty of room on the inside. Everything was clean and neat. Updates have been done. The downstairs was perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and our 2 grandchildren. We were able to get quickly to all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit.

Great location!

The house was perfect for all of us especially when the teen boys could have the basement to themselves. The location is great! If it was warmer when we were there we would’ve walked to dollar tree, sav a lot and Aldi while we were there. We went to science museum, the zoo, the arch and aquarium. All were within a 15 min drive.

Great house for family trip to St Louis

Stayed at the property for a long weekend, nicely updated, clean, plenty of space for 4 couples to stay. Kitchen is well equiped, nice Tvs, comfy beds, WIFI worked great. Can easily park 3-4 cars. The location is very convenient, <15 mins to Busch stadium, the zoo, or Grants Farm. About 30 mins to the airport. Host was super responsive. Sounds like there is a lot of crime in St Louis in general, but we never had any issues. Would definitely stay again.

Cute House; Uncomfortable Furniture

It was a nice house but the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The beds were very hard also. I think if the owner upgraded the couches, chairs and beds, it would be perfect. We are coming again in June but I won't stay here because it was so uncomfortable.

Pros: Host was responsive. House was clean and updated. Well stocked with dishware, flatware, pots and pans. Nice to have a finished basement for the fam with a newborn. Couldn’t hear a peep from them.Cons: on a fairly busy street. Terrible pillows. Skimpy bedding. Sink taps either scalding or freezing, but shower taps turned all the way hot were almost hot. Would’ve appreciated ziplocks or Tupperware for leftovers. We swiped a lot of take home restaurant boxes for that purpose. Still had a great time visiting family for the holidays!
