I cannot get the in-room HVAC to work properly and it is blowing cold air and will not change to heat. The lack of a tub was surprising but not too bad. The suite is huge and more than comfortable. The free breakfast is very useful. It has been 33 years since I have been back to St. Louis so I found them helpful in getting me acclimated quickly and the staff acted like concierges. The bed is ridiculously comfortable and I have had the best sleep in months. The WiFi didn't work when I got in here five hours ago but is working now without issue.

Parking is in front of the hotel or in the parking garage located on the property just past the main entrance and is $10 per day. Breakfast right now is in a bag to take with you and contains a cereal or oatmeal, a muffin, a banana, a yogurt and an orange juice or water. The rooms were very clean and the gathering area in the main lobby was very clean and had sanitizer stations throughout.

We could not check in because none of the rooms where ready because staff called off. We finally got our room at 7:00pm. Then at 9:00pm a water main broke so no water till middle of night. No shower or cleaning up. Went down next day to print our boarding pass and they said no toner on printer to check back later

The only thing I bummed on was no bathtub ~ the ginormous shower made up for it though!

Western Trip

Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Gave great directions to Metro to catch baseball game.
Very spacious room with couch area with sink. Additional sink area for others to get ready while someone is in shower/bathroom. This helps with getting a family of four ready quicker.
