The check in process was horrible. I booked a specific room type, they sent us to a different room and I had to go back to the front desk and tell them that's not the room type I booked. She then proceeded to tell me the room I booked was overbooked and so there's nothing they could do. I booked this well over a month ago and nobody bothered to tell me this changed and they were going to charge me full price.

Andrew was excellent at check in I had a girls day and we were playing games nothing loud but we were reported twice but over head there were kids running around and jumping we never complained because again it’s a hotel for get always and I think people should be more liberal with their views of staying away from home. If you want peace and quiet go to a beach or stay home where it’s controlled and convenient

The hotel was amazing. The staff was always super friendly. The complimentary breakfast was always excellent and had a large variety. It was maybe a 20 minute drive from most attractions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Hotel

Cons: Nothing
Location: Very convenient to Westport Plaza.
Great hotel...short walking distance to Westport Plaza, great price and quiet rooms. Would definitely stay there again!!!
