When checking in stated, quiet hours are strictly held and stated hours. There was drilling in the hallway at 4am. When I let the front desk and host know, there was no offer to reimburse for stay.Odors in hallway and sticky elevator floor.Coffee maker in room did not work.
The property is nice. It's clean and the people were very friendly. The beds were quite comfortable, though the pillows are very fluffy, if you like them more flat then you might bring your own, but I was very happy with the room and accommodations. The garage is worth the price to park and there's a cute patio area with plenty of seating and a separate hot tub area, all conveniently located by the rear exit. A big plus for us is that it was close to the venue we were going to for our stay and it was relatively easy to navigate the traffic. I would recommend and will also use it if I go again. If you have a part of several adults you would be able to cook your own food and eat together without leaving the property. We were glad that we chose to stay here instead of a few others we looked at.
