The staff were so helpful, kind and professional. The hotel is very luxurious. We were given the opportunity to upgrade, so we did and it was well worth it. The pool is excellent for children. Excellent all round.

Very modern, great staff and facilities with excellent food quality and variety. Rooms were clean but surprisingly old fashioned considering the recent renovations. Very seventies style. Window and door sensors control the aircon but often malfunction due to shoddy placement. Likewise the motion sensors in each room emit a strong red light at night when triggered. Can be very noisy even from floor 6 and there are no locks on the balcony doors which is a concern if you have kids.

Beautiful property, nice staff BUT! The hotel culture is weird. If you are staying for more than 1 day you only get complimentary water on the first day. On the second day we asked and they said we had to buy. No issue, it is just water. We paid for the buffet in the hotel and they had a tap with drinkable water with a sticker warning guest that they could only fill cups and not personal water bottles. How ridiculous to be so stingy with just water? Tap water!!! I never had a bottle to fill but emphasizes the lack of genuine service and the hotel trying to get as much money as it can get out of guest. Even with tap water! Small issue but put me off the hotel completely. And whats with the dark room? Why that choice of color? Makes it look dirty because dark colors hide dirt. Poor choice. Beautiful hotel but wont be returning.

I could not recommend enough!

Honestly just wow. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, impressive from the moment you walk in to the lobby all the way through to checkout. This hotel was perfect for a stay with young kids as the kids club was fantastic but also had adults only areas too. All the staff at the hotel were incredible even down to the cleaners, a special mention to Syam and Nithin Antony for always doing such a good job of cleaning our room and the origami animals every other day. Lastly the biggest thanks to all the kids club for making our trip what it was - you brought so much joy to my little girls day and she was always excited to see you all special thanks to Ximena, Arturo, Bernice and Nikola. The kids club and kids play section in the restaurants were so clean and always pretty quiet but fun.
