There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.

Second visit not as great as the first

Repeat renters. First time was great. Renovations after the hurricane weren’t as great as before. You can hear every word spoken in the adjoining room, went from having a kitchen to just a mini fridge and no eating utensils. Was told that’s how it was advertised. It was my fault for going off the last reservation and not looking more closely. We won’t be back.

Perfect location and steps away from beach access

Comfortable bed, very clean, management kept in contact with us. Beach chairs, laundry facilities, beautiful and very clean heated pool. The beach access directly across the street, with easy access. 1/2 mile from businesses and restaurants. All within walking distance from the room. Will be back to visit. Perfect price point too.

I stayed here over a weekend to attend a work conference. Antoni's communications were timely, helpful, and friendly. The entire property, Monaco Vacation Rentals, looks to be very recently painted, clean, and well maintained. It is vintage-style, cozy, and updated. The room has been updated since the cover photo and is much higher quality than I was expecting. The king bed and the pillows are comfy. There is now a table and chairs for 2. The beach access is a very easy block away. The beach is wide and beautiful and not as crowded as the areas farther south. Ron Jon is .75 mile away, so a 12-ish minute walk. There are many restaurants between the property and Ron Jon. The only cons I noticed are that the unit is directly on the pool so I had to keep my curtains closed to not be on full display and could hear the playing very well. (Other guests were respectful so it was never bad.) I had to wrap a towel around the door blinds to cover the outside light from shining in my face at night. The shower water barely made it to warm one night. (The other night it was as hot as needed.) I thought the value was great and I recommend this property.

I liked it here, and would stay here again. Antoni was very helpful with any of our needs during our visit. The ocean was close, and the bay was even closer for fishing.
