This cozy spot makes a great base for beach days, sunset strolls, and everything Clearwater has to offer.
Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.
We recommend renting a car since itâs the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If youâd like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.

Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.
đ§Œ Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happenâplease notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM â 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.
đŠ General Guidelines
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Bag storage is available, but items are left at your own risk.
Please log out of any streaming services on the TVs. Weâre not responsible for post-checkout charges.

Must be 21 years or older to book.
The number of guests must match the number on the reservation. No additional overnight guests allowed.
Guests may not alter or cancel the booking outside of the set cancellation policy. Please double-check dates and details before booking.
By booking, you authorize necessary property access for maintenance, repair, or inspection.

Please do not leave personal belongings behind. We do not ship forgotten items.
Please do not remove any items from the rental. Missing items may be considered theft and reported accordingly.
