This unit is #2 of 6 (property is perfect for small family reunions, wedding parties or friend-cations) with a large outside patio common area for relaxing and cooling off. This space feels like you are in your own backyard brick patio with a large covered grill, fire pit, water fountain and seating for each unit as well as larger tables with umbrellas for outdoor dining. An outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are included with each unit. The common area has beach toys, coolers, beach wagons, which are available on a first come, first serve basis.

This first floor studio, called the Pelican features a brand new super comfortable QUEEN BED, sofa, sitting area, and a Smart TV. Bathroom has a walk in shower which includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a hair dryer). 2 Beach chairs and beach towels are in the unit for your use. FULL KITCHEN includes a stove, oven, microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, sink, and is fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, cookware and much more!

Brand new Mini Splits (a/c, heat, dehumidifiers) will keep you ICE COLD or as warm as YOU want to be!

Laundry facilities are also located in the common area for longer stays.
