This townhouse is the perfect place for the entire family. Located on North Clearwater Beach, this 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath townhome comes with everything your family needs for a fabulous vacation. This 5-story condo offers wide open views of the sunsets over the Beach and the night lights of the Bay from your private, rooftop terrace , bar/sink and lots of seating.

A private elevator provides First Class access for everyone all the way from the garage level to the rooftop. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. All the modern essentials of home - coffee machine, blender, toaster, pots/pans, etc

Fully stocked for fun with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys and a Tommy Bahama Beach Cart to carry everything in. World renowned Clearwater Beach is just steps away, as are the Clearwater Beach Aquatic & Recreation Complex.

POOL IS OPEN! Huge community pool with water slide, tennis, basketball courts and playground are all only a 3 minute walk away! The biggest & best pool on the beach is literally right next door. Why swim in a dinky motel pool when you can swim here? Pool is open March - Oct. (this is the city pool). There’s also tennis courts, gym etc available just a few minutes walk away!

All levels have either tile or LVP, the only carpet in the unit is located on the stairs.

1st Level- Double car garage, (Please only park 1 car in garage as the other 1/2 of garage is loaded with beach toys, beach carts and chairs.

2nd Level- Kitchen, Dining Room Table (seats 6) Living Room, Large 50” Smart Screen TV, 1/2 Bath.

3rd Level- Queen Bed in 1 bedroom & 2 queen beds in bedroom 2. A double entry Jack & Jill full bathroom is accessible from either room. There are flat screen TVs with cable in each room. There are dressers and hangers/hooks to hang clothes but no closets on this level.

4th Level- Master suite with king sized bed and full closet. Balcony with view of the Gulf of Mexico. Small Bedroom with bunk bed - twin over a full sized bed. Bathroom includes jetted garden tub & extra large walk in shower. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable.

5th Level- Roof top terrace with hot tub, wet bar, mini fridge, gas grill & breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. It has table and chairs for dining (seats 6) and lounge seating for 9. Don't forget about the wide open views of the intracoastal waterways from the other end of the terrace where you can enjoy the night lights

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater Beach. The kitchen is well-stocked for making dinners at home and the rooftop deck with grill and hot tub was a nice plus (it would have been even better if the weather had cooperated and we could have used it more). We had 2 small children and the bunk bed was nice (as was the fact that they were 2 floors away from the main living area) The owners recently purchased this property and they were very responsive in answering our questions quickly.

{I have never gotten property details and keys the day after I arrived at a VRBO. I had to call VRBO and the host to get the unit number and passkey to get into the unit. When the host responded, she let me know that there were flies in the garage - the house was infested with seemly fruit flies - they were so bad that I bought spray, drinks that were left open had dead flies in them. The host did come by and bring zevo fly traps the next day at which time we had to ask how to turn on the hot tub because the instructions given were useless. Even the host had to look up the manual to turn on the hot tub. The space was very small compared to what appeared on the pictures on the VRBO site. Flies persisted through the next few days and an exterminator was sent out for a second time. Flies fell in coffee in the morning, any open water glasses until the Friday before we left. I was told I would be credited money for the horrible Christmas stay - I have yet to be credited any money for the lack of the hot tub, the fly situation.

Overall, a great place to stay. Close to the beach. Rooftop is great. Pool picture is a little misleading as it is a community pool a couple blocks down the road. Huge pickleball court right in front (good if you play, not so good if you don't like waking up at 6 to the sound of the balls hitting and people playing all day). Elevator was a little tricky and got stuck once. We would stay there again though. Located to several shops and food places within a half mile walk.

This townhome was so unique with 5 floors, an elevator and private rooftop. It was clean and Kate, the host, was organized and kindly communicated with us. There were beach chairs and towels available for us, which was good because we were not able to bring those on the plane. Parking in the driveway and garage was convenient and it is in walking distance to the beach (which was also clean and safe). We really enjoyed ourselves. I’m already highly recommending this place!!

clearwater townhouse

The townhouse is in a great location: 2 blocks from a wonderful beach with umbrellas and chairs, close to restaurants, a nice neighborhood and a park with playground across the street. The rooftop deck is the only outside space and is very comfortable with good views. We needed an elevator and it worked well.The house needed a deep cleaning and we found trash under the furniture and a wad of hair in the shower drain.The park near by with a swimming pool wasn't open due to hurricane damage and this info was known by the owner but not shared. The hot tub on roof did not have a cover and was dirty from blowing dust. The beds were comfortable.

Fabulous family getaway.

Perfect accommodations for family. Location wonderful. Easy access to beach, pool, park and restaurants. Lots of space for all. Laundry facilities were ideal. Rooftop amazing. We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. The neighborhood is so close to the beach and yet very safe and quiet. We will be back!

Everything you need in a perfect location!

This property is situated perfectly near the main strip and the beach. It's quiet and private yet steps away from everywhere you want to be. The house is in great condition and is furnished and equipped nicely. You have great views from the rooftop. The owner is very responsive. The area is family friendly and felt very safe.

Walkable and quiet

I stayed here for a week with 5 adults, child, and infant. It’s appreciated that we things are provided (e.g., towels, beach equipment, dish soap). The top floor has its own thermostat and ac, which is nice. There’s a nice roof top that has a great view of the beach and bay. Owner was responsive to our needs and stayed in close contact. I would stay again.

Overall a great townhome. The elevator a godsend. Loved hanging on the rooftop. Sure, a few things that could use updates. Suggestion for easier settling in. A friend has a rental ‘notebook’ with anything one needs to know….ie thermostats, what is where, things in area, garbage p/u, etc. We found we kept running across ‘notes’ about all that all over the house. 😊 Thanks so much for being so responsive.

Had a good stay. Great location! Loved the rooftop and jacuzzi. Not complaining just pointing a couple things out. Darker curtains on east side bedrooms, more towels, facecloths, and trash cans full and stinky when we got there. Trash day is Thursday so I’m sure this is not easy to coordinate. I would highly recommend to a group of 8-10 Plus can’t beat the beach

Very nice!!

Just off Clearwater Beach, a very short walk. Multi-level unit, which, while unusual, worked very well for our family situation. (Not the place for you if you have anyone with mobility issues.) The deck on top floor was great. The pictures are accurate. Recommend the "Palm Pavilion Restaurant," two blocks away and on the beach. We enjoyed our week.

Great Time

Kate’s place was perfect for our (two) family vacation. The location was very convenient for getting to the beach and was far enough north so that it wasn’t the most congested part of the beach. It was February break when we were there so it was quite busy in the area. The roof top area was a nice place to have dinners. We did have a small issue when we first checked in (house hadn’t been completely cleaned yet) but Kate responded quickly in a professional manner and it did not have a negative impact on our experience. We’d definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks, John

Fantastic place, fantastic location

We loved the property, it is located within walking distance to pretty much everything in Clearwater Beach, and only a block over from the beach. It is well equipped with beach items as well as kitchen and living items. There is ample room for people to spread out for privacy when wanted or to come together in common areas. We all loved the rooftop deck. Highly recommended!

Amazing property & amazing location!

We absolutely loved this property. The rooftop views are incredible and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a park for the kids just across the street. You can see the beach access from the rooftop, it’s just a block away! Will definitely return.
