Clearwater offers a seemingly endless supply of sun and a mild temperate climate. It is ideally situated on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida’s west coast.

Flat screen TV with HD in every room.

This recently built condo is huge (over 1856 s.f.) and is located on the 6th floor of the beautiful Harborview Grande.

Enjoy the 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal waterways.

Have breakfast lunch or dinner on the large balcony and watch the boats go by. The dolphins are optional but we guarantee the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world!
Also, you will find high-speed wi-fi internet connections throughout the condo.
No Car Needed. Everything is within walking distance. Dining, Pharmacy, Drug Store, Convenience Store, Gas Station, Minigolf, Resorts, Spas, Restaurants, Real Estates offices, etc.
I live in a house 1/2 a mile from this property and I have lived in Milan Italy, Livorno Tuscany, Toronto, Chicago, Montecarlo Principality of Monaco, Salem Indiana,
High Point N.C. and Clearwater Beach.
This beautiful city has been my home for over 30 years. I love it here and I feel blessed every day.
I also own 'Cesare At The Beach', an outstanding Italian restaurant, just 1 block south of the condo.

Beach view from bedroom 2 was fine, harbor view from main deck was nice. The place was clean and large. Definitely recommended. Shepard's Tiki Beach bar across the street on the Gulf is great and has a wonderful, free beach with lots of little shells. Decent live music, good food, although very slow service. Afew things to note: Facial tissues, laundry soap, shampoo/ conditioner and coffee for the coffee maker (not only a few individual pods) would have been nice, as it's hard to haul those things and shop for them on the island. The guest bathroom is small, the toilet is very low and shower/ tub is a bit confining with a non-curved shower curtain rod.

We stayed at this condo for 5 days and it was a wonderful home base while we were on vacation. Our 3 kids loved swimming in the pool and walking to the beach. We had what we needed to cook family meals and the balcony was phenomenal. Many days we looked out and saw dolphins right below us. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. Host was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend for families!

The place was perfect, exactly as described. When we arrived the place was immaculate.We had all the how-to's in advance and it all worked.The location was great, I can highly recommend Parlour Donuts and Bad A** coffee right across the street. About a 5 min walk to the public beach - everything you need.My favorite spot was the large balcony. A great spot to watch the sun come up.

Condo itself was spacious and clean and well appointed. Worked well for 3 adult couples. Host was extremely pleasant and very prompt with communications. Good location for beach access and restaurants. I wanted to give a 5 star rating but there was an extremely unpleasant odor in the master bedroom closet that permeated the room. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Actually purchased new user friendly pillows as all 6 guests found them too thick and heavy. Towels were not very soft. With just a few improvements this unit would easily rate 5 stars.

The condo was perfect our family of 6. More than enough room, beds and bathrooms! Kitchen has everything you could need, the view from the balcony is amazing(tons of dolphins) and it’s a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely need to use a wagon for all your beach equipment. There was one left by previous visitors and we added to it by leaving beach toys! Also it’s right across the street from a market for anything needed! Great trip, great location - highly recommend!

Great location

Check in and location of the condo were great. Host was responsive and provided the information needed. We were able to walk to the beach daily and to other restaurants and shops nearby. We absolutely loved The Deep End restaurant located in the Jw Marriott down the street.

The condo was large, clean, and spacious. The view from the patio was amazing and we enjoyed spending evening out there. It was a short super easy walk to the beach. The only minor inconvenience was there was no hand soap and we ran out of toilet paper. But overall would recommend and stay again!!
