2 Bed/2 Bath Condo in Indian Rocks Beach - We are pleased to report that our unit did not sustain any damage from the hurricanes.
Update on the property from the hurricanes:
âą Grounds Restored: Our area fared better than many others, allowing for quicker restoration of the grounds.
âą Pool Updates: The pool was completed Dec 2024 - was completely resurfaced, with new equipment and a heater, looking more inviting than ever.
âą New Pool Fence and Beach Access: A new fence with gates has been installed, along with steps leading directly to the beach.
âą New Gas Grills: The gas grills have been installed and are ready for use.
âą New Sod and Sea Wall Lights: Fresh sod has been laid on the grounds, and new lights have been added at the sea wall.
âą Building Repainted: The building has been repainted in a fresh creme color, a project scheduled before the hurricane.
âą Shrubbery Replacement: The crew has been busy most of the shrubbery affected by the storm has been completed, the last area - the hedge at the road is being completed now.
âą Local Restaurants: Local restaurants are open and ready to serve you. We can send you a list of great places to visit.
