Beach Life Retreat in Indian Shores, FL - Holiday Villas II, Unit 207

Bathing suit & PJ's are all you need to experience the Beach Life at our retreat in Holiday Villas II. Condo is updated with all the amenities and convenience for making a memorable family vacation.

CLEAN home away from home! Providing a healthy, clean and safe environment are absolutely paramount to protect our guests!

Ideal for 6-8 guests, this 2/2 unit has 1 king, 2 full size beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Two full size bathroomss include a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath.

Traveling with an infant/toddler? No room for baby equipment? We have it! High chair, diaper changing station, pack-n-play (with mattress pad/sheets). All complimentary!

Our condo has a large open concept living area with plenty of comfortable seating. The dining table has 4 chairs and a long bench that will easily accommodate an additional 2-3 more guests. The well appointed kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with enough gadgets to prepare a gourmet meal. The center island provides additional seating with 3 benches .

The balcony faces East where you can watch the boats on the inter-coastal waterway. Enjoy your morning coffee on our new patio furniture as you watch the most beautiful sunrises. The beach closet on the balcony houses your toys and beach chairs for a great day of sun and surf. We even provide beach towels for your convenience! This condo is beach side making access very easy.....no streets to cross to access the beach.

Early evening, "Toes in Sand & Wine in Hand " view the sun as it sets across the Gulf of Mexico giving rise to the most spectacular picture opportunities. Can't explain it, you'll have to witness it yourself, but our sunsets are the best!!!!

Other amenities include cable, high speed internet, WiFi, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Smoking and pets are prohibited. The complex has a picnic area and community charcoal grill. Holiday Villas II has a large heated swimming pool which is on the same side as the balcony. However, this unit is not immediately on top of the pool, but several spaces down, giving rise to more peace and quiet. The unit has one assigned parking spot under the building. Additional guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We will assist you in obtaining a parking permit across the street if more parking is needed.

4 Day Minimum Rental with the following exceptions:
Peak Season (February-April 6th) 7 day minimum (Saturday-Saturday)
Independence Holiday (June 29-July 6) 7 day minimum (Saturday-Saturday)

comfortable, convenient, and quiet

Everything was very nice. The condo had everything we needed and was in a nice location along Gulf Blvd. The property was very quiet and other guests were friendly. I really appreciated that we were able to get an additional parking pass, and our hosts were very helpful with that. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Life Resort. It was very clean, well stocked, and overall a lovely place. We enjoyed some of the board games and were very appreciative of the beach supplies that were available (chairs, towels,umbrella, cooler, etc). And my son was very happy that there was aloe under the bathroom sink! It definitely exceeded all of our expectations! The location was awesome, right on the beach. Even with it being Memorial Day weekend, there wasn't alot of noise or commotion...it was quite relaxing. We would definitely recommend for a family vacation or even just a romantic get away.

Indian Shores Condo

The unit was very nicely decorated and well appointed with everything you need. Hallways, elevator, laundry and parking garage were not at same standard of our unit. Those were all dirty. The owner of the unit cannot control this but other guests were extremely noisy well past midnight in units around us. Running up and down hallways, yelling, loud music. This was our first time using a vrbo condo. We have always done houses and will return to that for future stays,

The owner responded immediately to any questions. The unit was very clean. No need to buy anything for the beach. There were beach towels, toys, sand toys, floats (including an infant one), beach chairs and beach umbrella. Plenty of cooking utensils. Packnplay, high chair and changing pad were a huge help. Our family of 8 loved the large dining table to eat our dinners together.

The condo was exactly as described. Linda was excellent in responding to my questions both before and after booking. She went out of her way for us to make sure our vacation was perfect. Thank you! The beach was awesome, my grandchildren loved the pool, and the balcony was so relaxing!! The condo had everything we needed!!

The condo was extremely clean! Beds super comfortable....the beach chairs were new and in great shape (trust me, I've rented many VRBOs and the beach chairs have been unsafe to even sit on!!) I liked the codes for the elevator, beach and pool. Keeps it safe. Linda responds quickly to texts which is important. The only con is I thought we would have a better view of the intracoastal but not a deal breaker. Hope to return

Besides the elevator this place was amazing! It is not a beach front view, but this condo is literally on the beach. Right down the road from some great restaurants, Crabby Bills' was delicious. There are lots of activities in Clearwater which is a short drive (depending on beach traffic). This condo is stocked with literally everything you could need, even beach equipment that I brought, but wouldn't have if i had known! 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful property

Our condo was fantastic! The Landlords have thought of everything you might need while staying which is so helpful (beach items, first aid kit, female products for emergencies, aloe for sunburns, extra hooks to hang towels and swimwear, etc!) great location and amazing beach. Only downfall is the building’s elevator which broke down several times, once with my husband inside and was very slow. Not a deal breaker but made bringing heavy/multiple items in and out difficult. Overall I would 100% stay here again!

Lovely condo. The accommodations were fantastic or "lit" to quote my son who has stayed at several lodging places and says yours is the best stocked kitchen, beach supplies and linens he has seen. We all concur. It's been two years since our last family vacation and this was one of the best yet. Right on the beach and convenient to many attractions.
