Enjoy this spacious, beach front condo located at the Beach Palms! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for cooking, entertaining and enjoying family meals. Relax in the living room after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. A washer and dryer is provided for added convenience.

The condo was has described. We have stayed in Beach Palms several times, but this was the 1st in 505. The only disappointing thing was people smoking on the balcony directly below us. So it limited our time sitting out on the balcony.

Great Condo with beautiful blacony view of the gulf.

Property was terrific. Housekeeping left a little to be desired, as the closets needed to be swept clean, toys and other stuff was just tucked in and disorganized, and the dryer vent needed to be cleaned as it was a potential fire hazard. Once we did all that was necessary, the stay was great. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Tastefully decorated, Poor Cleaning Personnel from Management Office

This is a nicely remodeled Condo with a Pretty kitchen and living room, 3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. King bed needs new mattress! The condo had only 5 bath towel sets for 5 people for a 7 day stay!! I had to drive back to the managing office to pick up more towels and washcloths, and barely made it there before they closed for the weekend! After getting back to the condo and getting a good look at everything it was evident that It is being Poorly Cleaned by the Management Office. All sinks were grimy! The backsplash behind the cooktop splattered with grease. All cabinet handles were grimy with dried on food. The kitchen floor had food crumbs along the baseboard under the cabinets. The floor rugs throughout were soiled and stained. Master shower door had pink mold along the lower edge and floor beside it also with pink mold along the baseboard. The counter in the other bathroom had sand all over it and sink needed cleanin. The master bed had a dirty fitted sheet on it with a clean top sheet!!!!The blanket for the king bed was in the closet and soiled with dried on food! All Comforters were dirty! The Queen bed comforter was the worst and looked like someone had laid on top of it with Dirty boots! The condo had only 5 bath towel sets for 5 people for a 7 day stay! At that time I didn’t know that the condo wasn’t clean and sanitized!! So either we had to live in dirt and germs for a day and a half or clean it myself! So I had to go buy all cleaning supplies and clean for 3 hrs and wash sheets and blankets before my three other family members arrived. The only house hold supplies that are supplied is 3 rolls of toilet paper, and 2 dishwasher soap pods. I had to clean the Condo Saturday evening! I did notify the management office the next week about their poor cleaning staff and they just made excuses. The condo won’t look nice for long if it isn’t cleaned properly on a regular bases. We will not rent from this leasing office again. *****But we will continue to use VRBO, as in the past, and rent from Owner Managed Properties that have nice, clean well stocked condos. Hope this is helpful.
