Beachfront Complex - 2b 2b - Beach Place #203

Beach Place #203 - Make yourself at home in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in popular southern Madeira Beach and directly across the street from John's Pass Village. Unit 203 has one parking spot and there is no additional parking at Beach Place. This unit requires a $300 refundable damage deposit.

At 1,140 square feet, there is plenty of room to enjoy all that this rental property has to offer. The full kitchen is stocked with utilities, including microwave and coffeemaker, and leads into the spacious living area, complete with sectional sofa and 50 inch plasma screen TV. Both bedrooms contain two queen beds and television, offering privacy. As with all SunHost properties, this well maintained rental is immaculate and fully stocked with linens, extra towels and pillows. High speed internet connection is provided. No detail has been overlooked.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking rental. Beach Place is close to the beautiful beaches, big heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. There is no doubt you will make amazing memories here along one of the most beautiful areas in all of Florida. Directly across the street is John's Pass Village! Here, you can count on endless fun as the Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Our stay was great overall. Our only complaints were that the pool closed at 10pm, and our air-conditioning wasn't working for about a day and a half. Loved the location right on the beach!

I loved the location. Our condo is a little dated but was Nice. We were on a family staycation.

I would stay in this building again. Our unit was a little dated and in need of a new dishwasher. The inside door is very dirty giving it a horrible smell and does not clean the dishes. Overall though the location was perfect.

Great stay!

Clean, convenient, perfect beach rental. A little dated but all of the beaxh condos are. If you're there for a clean stay and good experience it's perfect. Parking is difficult though only one car allowed even for a two bed. So you have to get a permit or find a public lot. Which is right next door but have to pay meter every 8 hrs.

Clean and convenient

The condo unit was the cleanest rental I have ever been in. It was a very nice unit and everything was just as advertised. The location is great and convenient to the beach and local eating places. The check in process on a Sunday was not easy. I was told I could not check in until 4 pm, but the property office closes at 3 on Sundays. The after hours telephone service could not give me the code to reach the office mailbox onsite to get my keys. Other than this one issue, the week was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this unit. After getting checked in, the onsite property manager was very helpful. Parking is only provided for one vehicle and since this unit holds 8 people, that can be an issue with additional cars.

It was what we expected! Great size!

Nice place, nice pool, quiet, clean unit, however some things that are expected to be available were missing or scarce. There was only 1 wash cloth and bath towel for each of us, so laundry needed to be done every day. Supplying a hair dryer, and a little more paper towels and TP would have been nice.
