The view was spectacular. Our balcony room was well equipped with dishes, silverware, frig, microwave, stove. Looks like it was recently renovated with barn door to bathroom and current cupboards etc.. we ate breakfast in our room and could watch the sunset from the balcony. The swimming pool below our room was very well taken care of but could’ve had more umbrellas. The attached restaurant was the biggest disappointment. One night at 7 we were told they couldn’t take anymore names -it wasn’t even busy. We tried to take dessert to our room another time and we’re told - no there weren’t any take out containers. We said we would eat it inside, after 20 minutes of waiting our dessert never arrived so we left. Probably understaffed like a lot of other establishments.

Our community like so many others are struggling with staffing issues both in the front and heart of the house operations. Supply chain issues also have affected our inventories but an alternative should have been recommended; like take a dish to your room and we can get it back later. I will share your experience with our team and we hope to do much better on your next visit.

The resort was wonderful. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean but could use a little bit of repair here and there. Kitchens could do a little bit more utensils utensils pots and pans et cetera to do more cooking more cooking one restaurant was never open the whole time we were there which is understandable considering.
