This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking! We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow: âą Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract. âą Dog Size Limit: One or two (2) dogs allowed up to 75 pounds total. âą Pet Fees: o 1 dog âą $175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week âą $275 minimum past 1 week up to per month o 2 dogs âą $275 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week âą $399 minimum past 1 week up to per month Not Permitted: âą No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed. âą The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. Rules While On Property: âą Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit. âą Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. âą All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property. âą Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach. âą Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (âEmotional support animalâ means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as âAn assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. Lovely unit. Nicely updated, plenty of space. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. The dishes in the unit were very nice, made cooking and eating as if I were home. I would recommend and stay again.
I'd give a negative rating if I could. Bunch of scammers. We were kicked out and escorted off the propeety by law enforcement for smoking a cigarette outside of our unit....no warning or anything. Knock knock, grabe your sh!t, you got 20 minutes to get out of here. NEVER AGAIN!! Had to drive over 16 hours home, starting after noon. Thanks for ruining our family time, which I'm lucky to get a chance once a year to do anything with my kids with my work schedule.
This place exceeded our expectations! It had the most amazing view and was so close to the beach! Parking was right by the stairs that went up to the condo. The storage closet was filled with everything you need for a day at the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and baking pots and pans plus coffee makers. The place was roomy and decorated nicely. Furniture inside and on balcony was comfortable. The condo was very clean! It had all the comforts of home & more!Plenty of beach towels. Ice cream shop across the street and 2 more close by. Plenty of restaurants and a very nice fun little pub close by.
Loved the location! Perfect view with amazing sunsets! The condo was cute with a fun retro decor. The cleanliness was subpar at best. The table, counter tops and stove top were still dirty with crumbs. The floor had not been properly vacuumed. I know this because there here was a chewed up dog toy on the floor by the couch from previous renters. The bathtub/showers were not clean. We even found the previous renters used contact lenses in the master shower, and broken glass by the bathtub in the main bathroom. The kitchen sink smelled terrible. I assume itâs probably because the kitchen had very low water pressure, and the water in the kitchen would not get hot, so I can only assume the kitchen sink had not been properly cleaned as well. The worst thing of all were the cockroaches! I know in such climates bugs can be difficult. But when we turned on the oven to make a pizza on our second night, is when we saw them coming out from behind the stove and countertops. We noticed if we were up past 10:30 PM is when we would see them the most. kitchen countertops, floors, even in the master bathroom. It was obvious that the place had not been properly maintained, and to be honest, it ruined our stay. Given the cost of our four night stay, we were certainly not expecting a dirty condo with a side of cockroach infestation. To put it bluntly, it was disgusting.
Exactly as described and everything youâd need. This unit was exceptionally clean, had eclectic decor, beautiful views, and was very comfortable and relaxing.
The property was very well appointed with everything needed from the kitchen utensils to the bedding.we did encounter a number of cockroaches and felt the noise from the unit above was annoying and the balcony floor was quite dirty.
This property was perfect for our family of 5, ages ranging from 19-75 years of age. We always rent vacation homes on the beach and this location was perfect. This rental was very clean, had all the comforts of home and the property managers were wonderful with communication. Indian Shores has done a great job with clean up after the devastating hurricane. We would highly recommend this property.
