Very nice house. Some of the other lots in the neighborhood aren’t kept up like this one. Well represented with pics. Master bath is a little dated and small but other than that house was perfect. Host was super quick with responses and a pleasure to communicate with.

Pool was wonderful, tiki patio is wonderful. This entire place is wonderful and kitchen is stocked very well. Rooms are big, along with the living room, dining room and kitchen. This place is awesome.

Everything was perfect. Only thing I’d say is the bottom of the pool is a little rough and scratchy. But other than that it’s the perfect vacation home. Host was great and easy to talk to. Even let us add on to our stay. Will definitely be coming back.

The pool and outdoor area were pretty nice. The bedrooms and house were nice. The master bathroom is from the 1950's and is in need of a upgrade (unless you like to have your knees touch the wall when you sit on the toilet). Also, the 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed and a trundle double (stays on the floor), which is only suitable for 4 small children. We had 3 teenagers with us, so one of them ended up sleeping on the couch (which was not a sleeper sofa). We did have fun playing the games provided. The outdoor trash was full when we arrived, which should have been picked up the day we arrived. Not sure why it wasn't.

Perfect Home and Great Location

We always enjoy staying at this home for the AAC Championships. It's a short drive to the beach but is private and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is beautiful and has all the accessories we need. Thanks for a great stay!

Just a Wonderful Vacation

My wife and I were here for the month of March.It's a nice home on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. We could walk to Philly games and a 15 minute drive to Blue Jay games. There is a terrific bike path where you'll see giant turtles and alligators and so many great places to eat within 10 minutes of the house. We also kayaked and did a couple of dolphin tours. One dolphin tour had an open bar! I joined a men's soft ball league that was 5 minutes from the house. My wife played pickle ball close by. So many cool dive bars in Clearwater & St Pete with terrific bands.We actually looked into booking it again for March, 2026 but some luck person beat us to it.

Amazing home

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable beds, nice pool, great location in the middle of everything we needed. We will be returning hopefully yearly if it is available. You will not regret this stay so just book it!

Wonderful house

We actually got stuck because of a hurricane and Brad was very accommodating. We were able to book another night and it was actually cheaper than listed on the site. He was great about communication as well and responded quickly. The house itself is amazing. The sun hits the back yard about 10 am in September and stays in the back yard the entire day. the pool is great. it's very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood. house is quiet as well. every store you need is 5 minutes away.

The property was in a good location. The pool was a nice feature and the backyard porch was indestructible. The property was not clean. I'm sure the owner will take care of this for future renters. I won't stay in this property again.

Girls Trip Getaway

Six of us stayed here for our annual Girls Trip. The property had lots of room for all of us. The tiki patio & pool were where most of our time was spent when at the house. Was around 15-20 minute drive to Clearwater & Indian Rocks Beach. Some things in the home could use some updating. For example, the fridge had random pans in it instead of crisper drawers & the washer & dryer were very dirty. They could really use a good scrub down. Overall, enjoyed our stay though. Even with Hurricane Debbie rolling through
