This is your premium 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath beachfront oasis with multiple balconies overlooking both the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal Waterways. Guests are welcome to ask questions of betterplacecbc prior to making a commitment. Just know g is our favorite way to receive it.

*We are more than happy to suggest things to do during your stay. We are the owners of the property and available for anything you need during your stay. If you prefer a hands-off approach, that's perfectly fine too. We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay!

*Heads Up: private units in the building may undergo renovations, and while we can’t predict when, occasional construction noise during working hours is possible. This is standard in any multi-unit building.
