The hotel was new and you expect to be clean and kind of quiet. The only downside was the bar & grill was not open, even though it was listed as so. If I knew that the kitchen was closed, I probably wouldn’t have gone. We had to walk around to find places to eat, when it would have been more convenient to have it right there

Great new hotel. Should have more amenities for such a new place. Doesn't even have a water filler in the gym. But it was the best location.

The manager was very accommodating. There was not a lot of places to fish since the pier is closed. He let my son fish off of the dock next to the pool. Great access to the beach, restaurants, shops and pier. Great vacation!

Excellent property in key location! Stayed here when we came to see Metallica in Tampa this past June. We loved our stay at Chart House Marina Hotel. It just opened a few weeks prior to our arrival and the staff was extremely accommodating. Not all the amenities were open due to just opening and not everything was fully functioning. That. Being said it did not detract from the prime location and extremely helpful staff. One suggestion that I would add is to add hooks in the bathroom for towels/robes etc. Besides that we were very pleased with our stay. The long size bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was nice to have a “dorm size” fridge on the room to accommodate our leftovers and waters from the adjacent Walgreens. The hotel’s location made for an easy walk to claim beach chairs each morning with a quick stop at Dunkin all within walking distance. Seeing the dolphins from our balcony every day was a bonus. . Central location, lots of restaurants and rooftop bars all within walking distance. Can’t wait to reserve a room again next time we’re in the area. Don’t hesitate to reserve a room here, were extremely glad we did!
