Best Value for a stand alone renovated Garage apartment with tropical fenced yard in Largo, just 4.1 miles from Clearwater Beach. All new white beaded pine walls and vaulted ceiling with original Italian tile floors. 239 square feet studio with lots of windows The Pinellas Bike Trail is just down the block and you can ride a bicycle only trail to Clearwater Beach and Dunedin with no traffic. Cozy and comfortable, it s a great alternative to a small hotel room , great for monthly stays and snow birds and about half the price Onsite property manager will assist you with having a great stay, includes free parking for car or boat, RV Snowbirds love this Bungalow

Capt Al was very attentive to our needs and was very easy to reach whenever we needed anything. I stayed here for a month for school and the location is unbeatable. So close to Clearwater beach and walking distance to Largo Medical Center for medical students. Capt Al even graciously let us park at the beach for free so we could enjoy Clearwater Beach. Thank you Capt Al!

Don’t Recommend

We stayed for two nights before having to evacuate. The person before us was still there finishing getting her things out and nothing was cleaned. The contact person showed up drunk to straighten up and ended up breaking a case of flowers. We had to leave because of hurricane Milton and we’re not reimbursed for the days we were unable to return due to power lines laying on the metal roof.

We enjoyed our stay in Largo and visiting its many parks. The cottage was just the right size with a fenced in outside yard with tropical vegetation. We were comfortable for the time that we were there. Cap'n was very pleasant in trying to meet our needs

Nicely decorated. Tight but not unexpected. No waste basket in toilet room, no shelves in shower stall for soap, shampoo,etc., no dish washing detergent or dishcloths, no washcloths, scant towels, floor in toilet room dirty in corners, shrubbery in yard not trimmed, encroaching on nice patio/eating area and sidewalk, posing potential danger with pointy ends and insects and other critters, roofing materials in suggested parking place with a nail on ground. Good location and decent sized refrigerator. TV and AC worked well as did Wi-Fi. Appreciate availability at busy tourist time and priced reasonably.

Perfect little cottage

I had a wonderful stay. The cottage is charming. Perfect for me and my dog Lucy. I especially loved its brick patio outside the French doors with the table and chairs. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. It's all located in a fenced, very pretty tropical garden. The neighborhood is quiet and great for dog walking, and the Pinellas trail is right down the block. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you.

Awesomee!

Dom was a great host and made sure we knew the rules cpt al had set. very awesome stay. only issue was unclean silverware and towels. the towels were probably pre-folded by the last guest so dom likely didn't see them to be cleaned. silverware was gross but we were greeted to a nice clean bed.
