Ready to get away from it all? Have a large guest list? Enjoy this lovely, updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in popular Beach Place Condos! A short walk away from all the amenities, chances are, this will be a favorite retreat to return to year after year.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #305 has a large, spacious kitchen, complete with granite countertops, and newer appliances. A breakfast bar seats three with a kitchen table that can comfortably seat up to four, making this perfect property for family and friend gatherings. The living room, with popular Florida decor, has a television with DVD and leads to the outdoor balcony. The spacious master suite contains a king sized bed, television and plenty of dresser drawer and closet space. The second guestroom has two queen sized beds, and the third bedroom has one queen sized bed. This unit is perfect for larger families as it sleeps up to 8! The bathrooms, are meticulously clean and like all SunHost properties, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay.

This is a non smoking home that offers 2 assigned parking spaces. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available.

But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus- John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Would NOT recommend Beach place!

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the head boards weren't even connected to bed frame. Very unclean, drawer in the bathroom was broken, blinds were broken. Patio furniture was trash. The elevator was shut down for half the time which we never received a warning and our group had a handicap that could not use the stairs. Management gave very bad first impressions like we were a bother to be there. I have been staying at maderia for over 12 years and this place has been the worst one I have stayed at yet!!

Madeira Beach is excellent. This condo-not so much.

We came down for 2 weeks, as we try to do every January. We had never used Beach Place, but we’re looking forward to trying it. Yes, we were at the beach. Yes, the pool was great. Yes, the location, an easy walk to John’s Pass, was fantastic. There were a few things, however, that caused us to not give this experience a 5 star rating. The check in process was confusing. It would have been nice to know ahead of time where the office was located and how to get to it. Condo 305 is very utilitarian. It was adequate, but was lacking some of the convenient, homey features we’ve enjoyed in the past. A floor mop would have been nice because the floor was filthy when we got there. Sand, hairs and other things were left on the floor. The broom was barely functioning. The TV worked only about 25% of the time.. This was very frustrating. We called numerous times and they came, but the problem was never solved. The WiFi didn’t work either. If you are needing to do any online work, be prepared to be very stressed out. WiFi and cable tv are advertised and the expectation is that they will work. The unit overlooks the public beach parking lot so there was a lot of activity and a lot of rowdy noise on the weekends. The racing car engines, screaming and yelling we experienced is something you should be aware of if you want a peaceful vacation.

Unit 305

We had a great stay. The unit was plenty large enough for us and well kept and comfortable. We had got lucky and our unit had 2 parking spots our the guest we had for the day had somewhere to park without having to pay. It was lots of fun to see the drawbridge go up and down all the time from our unit. We had our own washer and dryer too so that was helpful with all the wet clothes. Over all we had a great time A little constructive criticism: the unit could use new cooking utensils and even some pots and pans. The bedrooms need pillow upgrades and being on the beach I think providing some beach towels and little beach chairs/toys would be a nice touch. A few helpful tips for future renters: you have to bring your own beach towels and toys. The unit doesnt provide any also, there is nothing in the unit at all for salt and pepper shakers, coffee filters, aluminum foil etc. (Most places we have stayed leave that stuff... it felt like such a waste to pitch it) so you will have to hit a dollar general. We would totally stay here again! Had a great time! No red tide. Son caught a hammerhead shark and a stingray and some other little fish right off the beach! We also saw dolphins from our unit. Out on the beach the sunsets are beautiful! Beaches are well kept and the pool was clean and well kept too!

This property needs some modernization. Our door used a key to the door. The sliding balcony door was very hard to lock and heavy. Walls and floor boards showed their age. Place was very clean. Rooms needed blackout drapes on windows that showed bright hallway light right outside of the room. Room was very bright at night despite mini blinds. One of the bedrooms had them mine did not. Beds also kind of hard. The location was great with the boardwalk right across the street . Loved the drawbridge and watched every time it went up. Pool was nice and beach was right behind it . One in my party had trouble with noisy parties late at night. Office staff very nice. Overall very good experiencd

Terrible stay do to redtide and the smell of all the dead fish and all the noise by county workers.

Redtide is in the area. Smell is terrible and the county workers are working in front of the condos making a lot noise every early morning. The dumpsters with all the dead fish is on the parking. The room was great.
