Ready to get away from it all? Have a large guest list? Enjoy this lovely, updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in popular Beach Place Condos! A short walk away from all the amenities, chances are, this will be a favorite retreat to return to year after year.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #305 has a large, spacious kitchen, complete with granite countertops, and newer appliances. A breakfast bar seats three with a kitchen table that can comfortably seat up to four, making this perfect property for family and friend gatherings. The living room, with popular Florida decor, has a television with DVD and leads to the outdoor balcony. The spacious master suite contains a king sized bed, television and plenty of dresser drawer and closet space. The second guestroom has two queen sized beds, and the third bedroom has one queen sized bed. This unit is perfect for larger families as it sleeps up to 8! The bathrooms, are meticulously clean and like all SunHost properties, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay.

This is a non smoking home that offers 2 assigned parking spaces. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available.

But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus- John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. The condo was clean and comfortable. Stopped at the office a few times for advice on the area and they were very helpful. Our room faced the parking lot and intercoastal waterway. We were able to see both dolphins and manatee from our balcony and we loved being so close to John’s Pass.

The condo was clean and loved having the washer / dryer for the wet pool towels . The entire staff were great. Will definitely book again . Loved having the pass view .

Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was nice with the exception with one bedroom not having a tv and dishwasher not working. As far as the Beach Place, the elevator is only getting worse every year and we have been coming for about 17 years, this was by far the worst experience with it. Having to lug our beach canopy and stuff down 4 flights of stairs. It is bad enough there is only one elevator but when that one locks up for 10 minutes or longer. The stay is not cheap so there should definitely be enough money with all the people staying there to actually get it fixed.

Walk to everything.Noise from bridge is a little loud at times, but was fun watching the boats go thru.Unit itself was good. A few updates could be done, but not critical for stay. Mattresses could use updating in all rooms. Floors could've been cleaner. Definitely need slip-on shoes or flip flops to wear in unit. Also, nothing left behind from previous renters other than salt n pepper. No paper plates, napkins or paper towel. Utensils are adequate. Overall stay good. Would prefer beach facing unit.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the cleaning crew could use some pointers. Fake eyelashes in the bathroom, sand on the floor and the couches and also sand and food under the couches. This unit could use some ceiling fans too as we were hot the whole time.The bedspreads were disgusting and very outdated. This unit needs some help! Maintenance came in unannounced to change the air filter. Not okay. There was smoking on the balcony and in the pool area. None of the rules are ever enforced here. People came up from the beach and used the pool. Kids were jumping the fence. The security is a joke. They walk around with their heads in their phones not paying attention to anything. Don't bother with the arm bands, they never check to see if you have one. We have come here for our family vacation for three years and between the ridiculous rate increase and lack of concern for their guests, this will be our last year. :(

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a basically three full day stay (I don’t count the 1st day 4 pm check in and last day check out at 10 am). I paid $2100 and with the expectations set up high. The location is perfect and the unit had a nice view. I had brought my groceries because I enjoy cooking for my family. Well, after trying to fix a meal with pots, pans and utensils there, I gave up and ate out. The coffee mugs have seen better days. The guest bathroom ‘s sink was clogged and the bathtub is gross. The beds are in need to be replaced. Nasty cheap old mattresses. One guess bedroom had no tv and the other had it but with the wrong remote! Please replace the yellowing bath towels! The elevator was malfunctioning. We were celebrating my daughters bday and tried to make the best of our time while there.

Which was neither good or bad. Until we went into the unit. I can honestly say the only thing that was clean were the toilets. The floor have not been sweep or mopped. The air conditioner never got cold. It hardly ran.

The parking lot was was a race track all night and you could hear the traffic/bridge. We did not get any rest all week. The elevator was so slow and only had one for the entire complex.

Would NOT recommend Beach place!

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the head boards weren't even connected to bed frame. Very unclean, drawer in the bathroom was broken, blinds were broken. Patio furniture was trash. The elevator was shut down for half the time which we never received a warning and our group had a handicap that could not use the stairs. Management gave very bad first impressions like we were a bother to be there. I have been staying at maderia for over 12 years and this place has been the worst one I have stayed at yet!!

Madeira Beach is excellent. This condo-not so much.

We came down for 2 weeks, as we try to do every January. We had never used Beach Place, but we’re looking forward to trying it. Yes, we were at the beach. Yes, the pool was great. Yes, the location, an easy walk to John’s Pass, was fantastic. There were a few things, however, that caused us to not give this experience a 5 star rating. The check in process was confusing. It would have been nice to know ahead of time where the office was located and how to get to it. Condo 305 is very utilitarian. It was adequate, but was lacking some of the convenient, homey features we’ve enjoyed in the past. A floor mop would have been nice because the floor was filthy when we got there. Sand, hairs and other things were left on the floor. The broom was barely functioning. The TV worked only about 25% of the time.. This was very frustrating. We called numerous times and they came, but the problem was never solved. The WiFi didn’t work either. If you are needing to do any online work, be prepared to be very stressed out. WiFi and cable tv are advertised and the expectation is that they will work. The unit overlooks the public beach parking lot so there was a lot of activity and a lot of rowdy noise on the weekends. The racing car engines, screaming and yelling we experienced is something you should be aware of if you want a peaceful vacation.
