Welcome to our cozy & charming studio apartment in St. Petersburg! We absolutely love our city & are so happy you've chosen to stay in our place. We are conveniently located right in the center of town with easy access to Tampa Bay, St. Pete Beaches, Tropicana Field & the restaurants and shops of downtown St. Pete. It’s a 12-minute drive to either the bay or the beach & only 5 minutes to the heart of downtown. We know the city well & we're happy to provide recommendations throughout your stay!
The space
Our small studio apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. There's a queen bed and a full sofa bed. There is one bathroom with a shower stall. The mini kitchen is complete with the necessary items should you choose to stay in for a meal. The cozy living space has a smart TV ready for use of your applications. Internet service is provided. There's a washer & dryer. We also offer a small fenced-in patio area & driveway parking for one car - street parking is available if you have additional cars. This studio is accessed from the alley.
