Excellent and patient staff, including valet! Ezra has the patience of a saint with elderly guests. Nice Friendly check in even though they were dealing with their computer system down at the beginning but it quickly came back up. Staff was so accommodating and made all requests so easy. Will definitely be back!

Afternoon frontdesk staffs were rough. Morning staffs were friendly! Internet was hard to register. Parking staffs were very friendly! Room looked small compared to online pictures. Cleaning staffs worked very hard! Beds were made daily. Room was clean and fresh. No smoking in and outside of hotel. I highly recommended this hotel if you don't like to be closed to stinking smokers. Over all A+ hotel. Will comeback again

I asked for a microwave, and they sent a broken one to my room. And they let them outside my room. No one knocked on the door when I found it outside, picked it up, and brought it into my room. I called them at the front desk, and they said they are going to send a new one. I was waiting until 11 pm, but it never came. The next afternoon, they provided another one. The towels were short; we are two adults and two teenage children
