This family owned & operated, spacious, well appointed, relentlessly cleaned & continuously updated vacation home is steps from the beach & perfect for a family vacation.

As the building end unit, with a PRIVATE rooftop terrace, overlooking all of the island with breathtaking panoramic views is simply as good as it gets when it comes to "beach life" in Clearwater Beach!

NOTE: The primary guest of record on the reservation must be a minimum of twenty-seven (27) years old & will have to sign a rental agreement attesting to this age at the time of booking.

This was originally the developer's personal residence & has been beautifully appointed with custom woodwork, cabinetry, high-end fixtures and a beautiful custom staircase. Great care has been taken to decorate and provide you with a luxury beach resort atmosphere. You will have everything you need for your vacation retreat. This elegant, immaculately clean, “home away from home” has an oversized double garage, 4 bedrooms (1 king / 2 queen / 1 queen / 1 "twin over full" bunk bed). Includes all bedding & bath linens PLUS even beach towels! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush!

Relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the gulf while relaxing in the hot tub or dining in on the rooftop patio. A private elevator will take you to all five floors! Luxury features include granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living area has soft, plush, oversized furniture, LCD smart & cable TV cable, 5G Wi-Fi internet.

The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and European style heavy glass walk-in shower with a removable shower heads. All bedrooms have hypoallergenic tile & laminate flooring.

The rooftop has everything for your convenience - outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub (with waterfall). Start your day with visions of a beautiful sunrise in the east over Clearwater Harbor and enjoy the evening breezes, twinkling lights and spectacular sunsets over the gulf! Guest provided set of pickleball paddles for just across the street; enjoy, but be careful (don't ruin your vacation with an injury :))! Beach items are also provided for your convenience: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, toys, rafts for you to take to the beach!

Occupancy Note 1: Maximum of (8) adults without owner review & approval which will could result in an increased nightly rate and/or an increased refundable security/damage deposit.
