Direct Beach Front Views - Surf Song #222

Surf Song #222 - Here is your home away from home! Relaxing and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation retreat at the popular Surf Song Resort. Guests will enjoy being close to everything, while enjoying all that a SunHost Resort property offers. Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free Wifi.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Step inside and you will discover a spacious, nicely decorated condo that keeps guests coming back year after year. The full kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to make your stay comfortable. A kitchen table seats up to four, and a small bar with two bar chairs provides additional seating. Newer leather sofa and television in the living area provides plenty of room for a family of four. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and flat screen television along with ample closet and dresser drawer storage space. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Like all SunHost properties, bathrooms are meticulous. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

A few short steps away is the heated swimming pool with table and chairs, BBQ facilities, and of course the beach is all here. An added bonus? John's Village Pass is across this street. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
