Sandy Shores #301 - Views, views and more views are all here in this 1 bedroom 1 bath corner unit at Sandy Shores Condo John's Pass. This updated large open plan unit provides everything you need to have a memorable vacation. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Sandy Shores #301 offers ample seating in the living area for watching television or taking in the scenery. Step outside on the balcony and you will be transformed by the million dollar view of some of the best beaches in all of Florida. The all new kitchen comes complete with granite counter tops, newer appliances, maple cabinetry, breakfast bar stools and comes fully stocked with utensils for your convenience.

Free Wifi. There is no phone in this condo. Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

The master bedroom is spacious with two queen beds, television, and plenty of dresser drawer and closet space. This is a perfect location for a girl or guy's getaway! The bathroom has also been updated and is meticulously clean. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Please note there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. Great location and view. The place was great and clean but, toilet didn’t even after maintenance fixed it. The 2 TV in the house are not working not even local tv. It’s a tv mess, maintenance was the for 30 minutes. No paper towels or anything. The info books on the table are old outdated and really tell you nothing. You are on your own at this place. No extra towels, toilet paper etc.

Great Location

This condo is a great location across from John’s Pass! Lots of restaurants and outdoor bars with great entertainment. The condo was clean but needs some updated furniture. We did enjoy our stay.

The property is well located within nice Deck and view but it is downhill after that. The elevator was not working when we arrived and worked only for day and a half out of the week. Conversation with tenants revealed that the elevator has been an ongoing issue for quite some while. The stairs were narrow and dirty. The furniture in the condo was worn and the sofas lacked any support. Though advertised as having newer appliances that was not the case. The stove was older. The dishwasher did not work and had to be replaced during our stay. The garbage disposal had to be repaired as it didn't work when we arrived. The ice dispenser in the refrigerator didn't work. Paint on doors and trim was chipped and dingy. Don't reccomend and won't rent here again.

Great Place!

My husband, 11 YO son, and myself loved this property. Beautiful and well kept condo with more than enough room for us. Great location with it being across the street from Johns Pass Boardwalk. Beach was not crowded at all with everyone having plenty of room to set up and for kids to play. The pool was nice with the tables and chairs available. Pool was not crowded either and there was always lounge chairs available. Everyone was super nice and very laid back. Check in was a breeze and took less than 10 minutes at 3:45...15 minutes before check-in time. Only 1 elevator and it was a bit slow but we were happy to have it. The condo was clean...bathroom was a bit small but we had a huge walk in closet to keep our suitcases and use as a dressing room. We will definitely be back. Great location and area.

Beautiful view but issues

We just visited with our family the view and location is great, the condo itself is okay it was clean. Few issues the construction which would have been okay but every am we went out to have morning coffee or lunch on balcony there was a worker next to us. Also what was really disappointing is the one day we came up to room for lunch and there was a man outside our door working in hallway and he said another worker was in our room replacing a window. We were never told someone would be in our room where we have personal belongings I sent message stating we would have ATLEAST liked to be informed someone would be in our room and made it seem like out of thier control. Then when I went back up after lunch a few hours the workers had preceded to leave our condo door unlocked. Overall we are pretty easygoing there were few other issues like told would have hairdryer which they didnt so I went and bought 20$ one. Also never had our assigned parking spot first day someone else was parked there and office said nothing could do then with construction we had to park in visitor parking which thank goodness we were able to. Overall our family loved our trip we had an amazing time together and are pretty easy going but I will look for different place next time return to area

Labor Day trip

Decent condo but very very noisy building. You can hear everything above, below and next to you. Even toilets flushing. The patio doors make so much noise when you open them, terrible! Good location, very convenient but also know that the building is also under construction.. not the place to go for a quiet getaway!

Great Location Wonderful sight

Great Beach front property. Clean and spacious one bedroom property. Only issue was the on site construction was a lot more than the email sent after we already paid for the rental. No offer for a discount for future rental should be sent to all staying at this property during this loud construction project.
