Exquisitely Decorated-Beach Views Crimson #205

Crimson on the Gulf #205 - Enjoy Southern Madeira Beach at its best from this spacious, gulf view, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Crimson #205 is a spectacular rental that has all the bells and whistles, not to mention its prime location just steps away from pool, hot tub and of course, the world renowned gulf waters and white sandy beaches. Free Wifi. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Guests will immediately notice the custom designed kitchen, with new cabinets, granite countertops and new dishwasher, disposal and washer and dryer. The large living room is complete with new leather furniture and large flat panel TV. Step out to the huge outdoor balcony and enjoy the beach view, the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a long day at the beach.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, plenty of dresser space, new chaise lounge, new bedding, television and access to the balcony. Attached is the master bathroom, with undermount double sinks, frameless shower doors and granite counters. The second guest bedroom is also nicely decorated and contains two single beds with new bedding and TV, perfect for children! As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi and long distance from US to Canada is also included.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

In a matter of minutes guests can walk to the heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, tranquil beaches. John's Pass Village, a local landmark is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Loved the Crimson Condo

Great location, easy check in process. Directly across street from John’s Pass Condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay at this condo again

We stayed in Crimson 205. Sunhost is a great company to book your rental. The unit was clean and had a lot of kitchen items. I would stay here again only if they replace the master bedroom mattress set. It was very hard and we did not sleep very well. The living room furniture was great. Beside the bedroom issue we enjoyed our stay

The kitchen is well outfitted and we cooked most of our meals there. We loved the location since a lot of bars and restaurants were in walking distance. It a perfect size to have visitors stay since the extra bedrooms and bath are both a good size. The condo was clean and roomy with nice amenities.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and in great condition and we were lucky enough to get in a few hours early. The location right on the beach is very nice.However, I felt we were misled by the conditions in the pool area. Knowing that the recovery from the last hurricane might still be ongoing, I asked multiple times prior to our visit about the condition of the pool. I was told it was functional, which it was, but sent a message more optimistic than it should have. We arrived to find that the pool area was a construction site with an atrocious rental fence around it and the hot tub being completely surrounded by plastic construction fencing.I would have preferred to have been told of the exact conditions, accepted it as an unfortunate reality, and would have appreciated the candor.Additionally, there were a plastic water bottle and liquor bottle on the ground in the pool area that went untouched during our stay.Overall, in spite of having stayed there multiple times in the past and just recently, I would find it unlikely to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year in this location for a 1 month stay in January. We love the location since almost everything is walkable and you're only steps from the beach. One of my biggest complaints is there are only 2 charcoal grills on the premise. The condo next to us to the North has 5 separate gas grills and it would be great to at least have one. We were also very disappointed in the recycling process. There are only 2 very small recycle bins and they were full and never emptied the entire time we were there.The reservation process changed again this year with lack of communication as to how to reserve for the next year. We almost lost the ability to book the condo for the following year. The property management staff is not the friendliest or most informative folks. Although Robin was very helpful and was able to help us make sure we have the property for next Januaray.

Wonderful week at #205 Crimson. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook several meals. The view, though partially obstructed, was nice and had a great breeze. Just across the street from Johns Pass was awesome!!!

I wish the condos had basic items like salt and pepper, liquid hand soap, roll of paper towels, etc. You just never know what to expect. The TV's in this unit are pretty small, but the internet and cable service worked very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As always the view from the balcony and being within a short walking distance to the ocean is the best part. John's pass being right across the street for shopping and dining is great. Also a shout out to the John's Pass Convenience Store for everyday items.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It did it’s job, but I can say it was 100% not worth the price that we paid. It was not very clean (my husband actually had to go buy bleach and clean mold off of the shower head - which only made a dent in the build up it had). Our kids clothes were filthy after a few minutes of crawling. I know it’s hard to find good help nowadays, but the cleaning could’ve been 500x more thorough. There were other minor things that could’ve stood to be updated and improved, overall though it did serve its purpose. Can’t really expect much better for a place with a location like this sadly.

We have booked different condos through Sunhost over the years and Crimson has to be one of our favourites! It is very close to John's Pass and Unit 205 is an excellent unit. It is nicely furnished and very clean and updated. Crimson has a very nice pool area with a hot tub and because it only has 15 units there was always a place to sit around the pool. We wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again!

The only issue with room was the carpet is beginning to show signs of wear and tear and has actually pulled away from where it meets the tile. It left a sharp edge that we had to cover with a spare piece of carpet. One wish I have is that the Crimson would invest in some gas grills for the building. Resorts on both sides had very nice grilling areas, the Crimson has two very old charcoal grills located in the parking garage. That just doesn’t cut it.

Great condo. Great location.

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Clean and well decorated. Location was perfect. Right across the street from many restaurants and shops. Couldn’t be happier.

Very nice place

We come to Madeira Beach every year first time we stayed in crimson and very nice condo we will stay again. Parking was very convenient it was also very convenient to John's Pass. Unit 2:05 is very nice.
