Amazing rental with great views!

Absolutely loved this condo. Great location near Ft De Soto which is right where we wanted. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. You could see the Sky Bridge lit up at night and watch the water when you woke up. We had no problems whatsoever. Thank you for having this available!

Stay at Tierra Verde

The condo was exactly as described. We had a few concerns but they were not big issues and were handled really quick by the property management company. It was a perfect location and really quiet. The area is amazing and easy to get to. Would definitely book again!

Girls trip

We were booked in one unit but our unit was having repairs so we were sent a message stating that we would be moved to a different unit. The unit we were moved to had million dollar views and was extremely clean. It was outdated with furnishings and had carpeting in main living areas, the beds were not that comfortable but with that view you can overlook these things. All week I redecorated and renovated the unit in my mind(I love to remodel and build and hopefully one day will own one of these ). The views on this unit are probably the best in the entire complex! We would definitely rent this one again,

Stay on the bay!

We absolutely loved our condo, we had an amazing view of the bay in front of us and off to our left was a cove. We saw manatees in the cove and spotted a dolphin in the bay several time during our stay.

Sweet home

Perfect place for a nice couple or family. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, great amenities. This property was at the perfect area for us. You are very close to the beaches, great restaurants and stunning sunsets. Definitely the place you want for a relaxing vacation.

Nice property

This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was less than perfect was the bedrooms at night. We could not sleep with the doors closed. It got too warm. And, with the front bedroom door open, the ac was too loud. This could easily be remedied with a ceiling fan in each bedroom.

Location Great, Home Nice, Real estate company POOR

My family loves the Fort Desoto location and Holiday Island resort! The unit we rented was nice but needs upgrades. The master bed was so worn out an terribly uncomfortable. My husband had to sleep on the couch the entire stay. That's all that's necessary to mention the others were minor. The biggest problem was the Suncoast island real estate company that was suppose to be the host. They don't answer their phone. Prior to my stay I called and left 3 separate messages before they decided to return my call to answer a few simple questions. I was never emailed checkin instructions or code to get into the unit, I had to again call the company. The person I spoke with was Paula, I found her to be very rude and as a matter of fact. She was not helpful at all and left us to figure out our own situations with our trailor that she misinformed us on. The place could of been on fire and I wouldn't of wanted to contact her. Thank God for the property Manager Chuck who was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Again this area is beautiful I would try to find a unit that is not managed by this real estate company.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in Tierra Verde. Our Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view, we enjoyed the pool, and how quiet it was. We brought our inflatable paddle boards down with us and were able to launch right from there and enjoy paddling around the area.
