Gorgeous 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo overlooking resort-style pool

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking a beautiful heated resort-style pool. Condo is in a gated community and is located on the second (top) floor with vaulted ceilings and private entrance. 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport. 3 miles to award winning Clearwater Beach and Pier 60. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

Master bedroom features a queen size bed, "Reclina-Pedic" memory foam lay-flat reclining chair, flat screen t.v., walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with step in shower and Moen hand held shower massage as well as a hair dryer.

Second bedroom features two twin beds, a twin sleep sofa, a flat screen t.v. and an alarm clock with USB port. There is a twin size inflatable Aero Bed which can be used in any of the rooms. Just outside the second bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Dining room offers seating for six as well as a breakfast bar with two stools.

Living room features a 52 inch flat screen t.v. with upgraded cable, full size sleep sofa and love seat. There is also a writing desk stocked with office supplies for your convenience.

Newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with large side-by-side fridge with water and ice dispenser, oven, cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Small appliances in kitchen include Keurig single serve coffee maker, standard coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender and toaster. Lots of dishes, utensils, serving pieces, cookware, bakeware, glasses and barware.

Full size washer and dryer in condo as well as an iron and ironing board. Patio with four bar height chairs overlooking pool. Patio closet has pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas.

FREE WiFi throughout condo as well as in the clubhouse and in pool area.

Beautiful clubhouse and nicely equipped exercise room with 24/7 access. BBQ grill near pool.

All linens including beach towels are provided.

Very clean and comfy condo, An Amazing balcony overlooking the pool that we relaxed and enjoyed our morning coffee on. The kitchen was very nice, beds are super comfy and love that there is a bathroom for each bedroom. Close to everything and just minutes away from Clearwater Beach! Pool is Great and refreshing. This is our second stay at the Avalon and definitely plan on more in our future trips.

Wonderful Florida Retreat

Our family of 4 (2 kids - ages 8 and 5) loved staying here. The place was clean and spacious. Kids practically lived in the pool and made some friends. Their grandmother lives in Clearwater, so we’re on the way to the beach - it’s a perfect location for us. Doreen is great in communicating and ensure we had all the information.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good—just a short drive to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is on the 2nd floor and has a nice balcony that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway!

This is a spacious, nice property, great location close to anything you would need. Well stocked kitchen, cable tv and comfy bed. Shopping centers for anything close by. I would definitely stay again.

Super outfitted, comfortable, great host

The property is super clean, organized, and comfortable. Lots of kitchen supplies and everything is conveniently organized. The terrace overlooking the pool and shaded by a giant oak is a very comfortable place to enjoy a morning coffee. Avalon has a great gym, nice pool, and all of the communal areas are well-tended. The drive to the beach is 10 mins and a Publix supermarket is right across the street.

Well-equipped condo in central location!

We stayed here for a girls’ getaway and it was perfect. The condo is a quick drive to either Clearwater Beach or Indian Rocks Beach. The complex is tucked away and gated with a very nice pool. The condo was equipped with anything you could need in the kitchen, for the beach, as well as the rest of the house. The owner put together a binder of menus and pamphlets of local restaurants and things to do. The owner was very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent Vacation Property

This is a very well appointed vacation rental, super clean, neat and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, and lots of cleaning supplies. Quiet community. Pool right outside condo and easy parking. Great communication with home owner before and during our stay when we had some issues with TV cable / remote. Close proximity to beaches and Tampa area for many recreational things to do, and places to eat.

Doreen was on top of everything with the check-in process. She made sure everything was ready to go for our arrival. We did not have any issues at all during our stay. There is information and notes for visitors throughout the process. Definitely an established host that covers all bases. The family really enjoyed our visit. Doreen was a great host. The location was ok.. The furniture was dated and the sofas were really dingy and worn. They really need to be replaced. Also, the master shower was a bit of a turn off because the tile really needs to be cleaned or replaced. The tv's were modern but a bit quirky. I was not able to watch any streaming services b/c the remotes were replaced with the cable tv remotes. My stay was ok...

Communications before and during our stay were exceptional. Condo is very comfortable and well provisioned. Location is excellent, we joked it was less than 20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in Clearwater. Highly recommend!

The host Doreen was fabulous. Her response to correspondence was almost immediately. The condo was clean and supplies were great for a short stay. Only one drawback which is beyond her control is taking the trash so far from the condo. We had to check out at 5:00 AM for our flight, so taking trash out in the dark so far from unit was unpleasant.
