This stylish seaside escape has recently been updated throughout. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 4 guests comfortably. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen with an open concept layout for easy access to the dining room and living room! The living area has comfortable leather furniture that includes a nice recliner for relaxing and watching TV on the large flat-screen TV.
The primary bedroom offers a King size bed and has a large bathroom and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third guest bedroom has a twin sleeper sofa and can double as a sitting room. The living room opens to a lovely balcony where you can and enjoy your morning coffee. This is a truly beautiful condo in a relaxing community. You are sure to take away great memories of a vacation spent here at Shipwatch!
Shipwatch Condominium Community is located near the bridge to Indian Rocks Beach. The beach is just a couple of minutes away. The property offers a 24-hour courtesy officer at the entrance, beautifully manicured and landscaped grounds, a lake, a pond with an attractive fountain, two pools, one of which is heated, two clubhouses that owners and guests can rent for occasions, a hot tub, a pro shop and lounge, an exercise room, a marina and rentable boat docks with easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a picnic area with charcoal grills, a car wash area, and LOTS of tennis courts with an on-site tennis pro to complete the perfect vacation package!
Shipwatch HOA requires a 90 day minimum rental.
IIMPORTANT HOA NOTICE: YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE FINALIZED 15 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.
Guests must take proof of lease to the office at Ship Watch when they arrive and pay a $50 non refundable fee to receive fobs to gain entrance into the pool area.
ATTENTION IMPORTANT PAYMENT DETAILS FOR ALL BOOKINGS
- A 3% convenience fee will be added for using a credit card to pay for booking. You may pay by e-check, ACH, or if time allows, mail a check free of charge. Contact office for more details

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
