Gulf Front Sunsets From the Balcony of This 3 BD/2 BA condo!

We just finished a full remodel in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach front condo with an oversize balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The balcony entrances are from both the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy the view of dolphins and the sparkling Gulf with a variety of seating options on the large balcony. Relax to the soothing sounds of the surf and watch the sunset or take a stroll along the stunning white sand beaches. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee bar with both a Mr Coffee and Keurig coffee machine. Our beach closet has toys, chairs and towels for you to enjoy a day at the beach with your family. The heated pool and spa are beach front with tropical tiki huts if you need a little shade. A gas grill is also available for your use in the pool area. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved covered parking space. There is Visitor parking available on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed.

We loved everything. Condo was updated and super clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. Loved the beach closet with chairs, towels, and toys. The pool was warm and clean. Host communicated great with us if there was anything we needed. The views from the balcony were perfect and as it’s a smaller building the pool and beach were never overcrowded. The employee taking care of the complex was super nice and helpful. We loved our stay and will be back!!!

This property and unit are very well maintained. Madeira beach was gorgeous, clean, and few people. I like that there was less units, which made it quiet and uncrowded. The condo was in excellent condition, decorated simply, practical, and in good repair. Good beds, bathrooms, kitchen, towels, linens, dishes, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, sunshade, small cooler, beach towels, and washer/dryer. The View from the unit was excellent on the large covered balcony.

Wonderful stay! Condo was very nice, comfortable beds, well stocked, and stunning ocean view. The beach closet was very well stocked with beach towels, chairs, floaties for kids, and sand toys. Pool was heated and perfect for November weather.

This was the perfect family spot. We had plenty of room in the condo, balcony, and the pool area was spacious. The condo and pool area were both very clean and taken care of. The maintenance guy, Jeff, was helpful when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again - Paula was a great host!

This was our first family vacation with our 4 month old son. It was great! Paula was awesome. She communicated well and was extremely easy to work with. The place itself is even nicer in person. Right on the beach. The pool was great. Location was perfect. Walkable to plenty or very short drive to even more. Overall, we have zero complaints. 10/10 would recommend.

We found the condo to be perfectly clean and better equipped than I have ever seen. From all of the big and small kitchen equipment, hair dryers for the bathroom, fans for the bedrooms, to the closet full of beach supplies which even included a beach canopy, everything you could think of and more was there. Beyond the condo itself the whole facility was excellently maintained and scrubbed clean by the on-site full-time maintenance person.

Could not ask for a better beach access. Plenty of chairs around the pool area. Unit was super nice and well equipped. Balcony was very spacious. I would say the only negative was that the road was very load compared to Indian Shores where we have stayed previously.

5 Stars – Beautiful Oceanfront StayWe had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo right on the ocean. The updates are modern, stylish, and make the space feel fresh and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the open living area had plenty of space for everyone to relax while enjoying the ocean views.The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Both bathrooms were updated and spotless. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the balcony each morning to watch the sunrise and dolphins playing —it doesn’t get better than that!The condo is located in a great spot, with easy beach access and close to local restaurants and shops. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the host was responsive and helpful.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, oceanfront stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Can't say enough!

The photos don't do this property justice. Very clean and comfortable. The beach closet was a definite plus. Comfortable beds. Pool area was awesome and the gentleman who takes care of it does an awesome job. Beach is literally right there. Highly recommend The Reef which is literally right across the street and Caddys which is a short walk down the beach. We will definitely be back.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay!We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the layout gave everyone plenty of room to relax. The views from the balcony were breathtaking—we enjoyed our coffee each morning while watching dolphins swim by, and even spotted manatees and other amazing wildlife right from the unit!The condo came stocked with thoughtful extras like beach chairs and a cooler, which made beach days so easy and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops were just minutes away, and the beach was a short walk from the condo. The airport was also super close, which made arrival and departure a breeze.Paula and Paul were wonderful hosts—very responsive, kind, and easy to get ahold of anytime we had a question. Beautiful condo right on the beautiful Madeira Beach!!

Just a close by get away to the beach. Condo was perfect in every way! Well stocked with everything we needed. Other guest were very nice & spoke very highly of the condo association. Common areas were very well kept & clean.We are already thinking of coming back next year with having other family meeting us there.
