Harborview Grande 705 Bay Front Condo

This beautifully updated, bay front condo on the seventh floor affords a delightful holiday experience.

This unit has recently been updated with fresh paint throughout and including the ceiling. New water heater, ceiling fans, crown molding, vertical blinds on sliders, plantation shutters in guest rooms and Memory foam toppers on all the beds. The living room has a new entertainment center with TV soundbar that has bluetooth. In addition, the kitchen has new GE appliances; refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher. New bar stools, kitchen towels, flatware and plastic glasses too.

From the wrap-around Gulf and intra-coastal views, to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, to the luxuriously appointed bedrooms, this condo has it all.

This unit has wi-fi as well as local and long distance telephone service.

The living room and each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV.

There is a full-size washer and dryer are in the condo.

The Harborview Grande is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach - which holds the Florida record for the most days of sunshine per year - 361!

It is a few steps from the world famous sugar sand beaches and a short walk from famous Pier 60, with almost nightly viewings of the most beautiful and dramatic sunsets in the world.

Restaurants, shopping, all water activities, including dolphin watching, dinner cruises, two casino cruises daily, pirate ship cruising, jet-skiing, windsurfing, para-sailing and deep sea fishing, are within a short walking distance from the condo. Miniature golf is across the street.

This family friendly beach community, a marvelous spot for a destination wedding, has interests and fun for the youngest to the oldest family member!

Pool is heated November through March.

This condo is secured with an electronic lock. This means you will get a unique access code that is only active for the length of your stay and past visitors will no longer have a working code as well during your stay.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.

The place was great, only issue was that the light in the master bath was out. Made a call for maintenance and was told that they have a lot of properties to tend to and they will get there when they can. Stayed there seven days and never got a call or visit from maintenance.

May vacation

Location is great, some disappointing items, dining table and chairs outside on balcony were dirty and rusted and unusable, they should be replaced or removed, tv’s in two bedrooms did not work. While they were replaced after a few days, someone should have made sure they were functional before we arrived, not acceptable for rental to find problems. Otherwise my group liked the unit. Should include instructions for tv’s, should clarify expectations relative to when check in information would be provided, Vrbo app noted that a few days before my planned arrival, I should receive codes for unit and if I had not received the codes I should contact my host. I ended up going around a few times to find out what I needed. Just state clearly what you plan to do, The check in instructions will be sent via text at 4pm or whatever you decide

Great location

We enjoyed the condo a lot because it was close to the beach and other Clearwater Beach activities, shops, restaurants, and bars with live music. We loved sitting out on the deck that overlooked the peaceful harbor where there were fantastic sunrises & dolphins that played near us. The only negatives we noticed were that the Queen beds were a little bit too soft. We also noticed that there was some sound transmission between units. A howling dog was heard on two occasions and chairs sliding on the floor could be heard. There were some suspicious black spots in the shower that we thought might be mold. Overall we loved the unit but didn’t feel it was a good value for what we paid.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. It was spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool. Very small, only about 8 chairs around the pool, and mostly shaded, except for one end of the pool that got sun about 3 hours a day. All of the chairs were on that end, close together.

The property was in a great location, overlooking the harbor, and within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Everything was as advertised, clean and well stocked. The designated parking spot in the garage was a plus. I would definitely recommend this property, and plan to return soon.

Harborview Grande at Clearwater Beach

Great condo with nice view of the harbor, especially from being on the 7th floor. Well stocked with plenty of space for 5 of us to stay in the 3 bedrooms and also to celebrate Thanksgiving with a total of 10 people. Plenty of room for all to sit and plenty of plates, silverware, glasses. Especially liked the large balcony which could seat 10 of us too. The only complaint was that the pool closed at sundown (~5:30pm in November). Should keep it open til at least 9pm. 2 block walk to the beach was easy and convenient and the roller buggy with beach chairs that we could use was very nice.

Great place that felt like home.

It felt like home since the moment we walked in. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play from the balcony multiple times a day. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Close enough but far enough

This was our first time visiting Clearwater Beach so we didn't know what to expect. We have spent many years vacationing in Myrtle Beach so we are familiar with crowds, but CW takes it to a new level. Our unit was clean and well appointed. We loved the large balcony overlooking the inlet water. All of the furniture and beds were in very good condition and plenty comfortable. In summary we really liked the unit and its location slightly away from Pier 60 and the heart of the night life and crowds, but close enough to walk. The only downside is that we chose to drive to the beaches to the south instead of lugging all our gear to the actual Clearwater beach area daily. That was a small inconvenience in comparison to the vastly reduced crowds though. All in all, I would likely return.

Not senior citizen or family friendly

Location across from hotel that had excess noise keeping person in the front room awake until after 2 the first night there. Would not have rented this if knew this was close to Shepards Beach Resort. Tiny second bathroom and no grip bars in either bathroom which is hazard to older people & kids. Not short walk to Pier 60. Feel info on location is misleading as to this short walk to Pier 60 and the beach. And is not centrally located but at the southern end of Clearwater Beach.

Amazing!!

My family and I had such a great time on are vacation! We loved the view and enjoyed the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean an well equipped with everything we needed. Our only issue was with the parking lot monitor that was not very friendly towards the kids. I can’t wait to book this property again. We also left some boogie boards for the next guest! Very clean! , nice pool closet and perfect view of the harbor with lots of seating on the balcony.

Not happy at all with the Home away fee and always used VRBO in order to book directly through the owner not an agency hence vacation rentals by owner NOT agencies, so this was a big downfall for me and I won’t use it again. Also the pool is far too small for the amount of condos and people in it, but people were nice and we all made the best of it for sure, the closet by the pool full of beach toys and cart was really nice, pool closing at dawn was a BIG bummer as you walk by places on the main road with people swimming late at night and movies by the pool for families. Condo EXCELLENT, HOMEWAY rip off on top of other fees and other people in the pool shared their fees and paid far less for all of them being the same set up this is why I gave 3 stars NOT 5, had nothing to do with condo, it was beautiful. Personally find it odd I get back my review stating I can’t speak of any fees!!! No company should have anything to hide when renting out a property, we all know that seasons vary in price however VRBO stands for vacation rental by owner NOT Agency period!

Beautiful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo! Nice and clean and lots of room to relax! I'm going to miss the water pressure for sure! Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen! The TV' s in the bedrooms were a bit tiny and confusing due to the channels being different from the living room. The only other thing is the toilets are pretty low and it would of been nice to have one a bit higher for older people but other then that this condo was so perfect and watching the Dolphins was amazing! One day we had so many that we couldn't even count them all! I will definitely let my friends know that your place is the place to stay! Thank you! Hope it was ok that I left my alcohol for other guess to enjoy instead of throwing it all away! Cheers til next time : )
