Room was very clean. Ms. Linda is as sweet as a peach. There is a pool, a jacuzzi and im pretty sure every room has a balcony or patio.

The staff here was great, very friendly, super attentive and just seemed to enjoy what they do. Breakfast was a great value that was included with your stay and everything was fresh and delicious. We loved the grounds and having a courtyard view.

All of the front staff are Excellent, especially the one with same Birthday as mine (Dec 10th) -- I forgot her name. The pool area and hot tub tucked away on the back are Grade A+. It could possibly be THEE BEST pool lounge chair I have ever has the pleasure of laying on. Breakfast is A++. They let me check in at Noon, which is a HUGE factor in my overall grade. I travel A LOT, so waiting around to check in is very very irritating. Room smelled of wet dog a bit -- but I opened the AWESOME Sliding Glass Balcony Door and let it air out and it was fine within 10mins. The Balcony is Excellent and HUGE and they had Xmas music playing in the gazebo, which was cool. Overall Grade 92

Linda on reception gave us a very friendly welcome. She realised how long and tiring our flight was, and gave us a welcome bag with a bottle of fresh, cold water and a bag of delicious cookies 😋 just what we needed! Room was spotless
