Perfect place at the beach!

Our cousins trip to the beach was so awesome! The condo was a perfect size for 4. Pool was always enjoyed as well as walking to the beach. We used the umbrella and chairs for the beach, it was nice not to have to rent those. Ice maker was great, enough to use for our cooler at the beach. The starter pack was skimpy for 4, the shower water never was hot, lukewarm. We had trouble with unlocking it upon arrival, but owner messaged back tips within reasonable time.

Relaxing, quiet, close to water and can hear the waves, love the area, could go w/o a vehicle, nice pool, well stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, appliances. No pets, but owners can bring pets so don’t be surprised.

Awesome location!

What a great location. My family and I walked to most things - restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee, BEACH! There is also a free shuttle service so we were able to get around very easily when walking wasn’t an option. The condo was very cozy. And I appreciated the starter supplies (paper products, soap, etc) until our groceries were delivered. The laundry room was great coming into from the pool or beach to drop our things or put wet items right in the washer. The management responded very quickly. Our unit was missing a hair dryer and within 30 min of making them aware, one was delivered and on a Sunday! We fell in love with PAG and we’ll be back. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything we hoped for, and more

My wife and I loved the place - clean, comfortable, well-stocked, plenty of space (even when two cousins came to visit for a couple of days). The beach was across the street and the shops and restaurants were only a block or two away. We were impressed by the owner's team, which responded to every question, virtually immediately. It made for an extremely relaxing vacation. We highly recommend it.

Perfect location and helpful management

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This is not our first time to St. Pete Beach or Pass-a-Grill, and this has been the best. The property is conveniently located a street across from the gulf-side of the beach, one block away from the street with 4 restaurants. Paradise Grill is also close for a quick bite for breakfast and lunch. Yet, it is quiet in the evenings. The beach nearby is quieter, and the neighborhood offers nice evening walks. The property management was very helpful in terms of addressing any problems we experienced (lack of a good chef's knife), and they respected our privacy. The only downside is the lack of grocery stores near by; the closest one is Publix about 2.5 miles away. This can be a problem if you plan to cook a lot. We tried both Instacart (as the management suggested) and Uber/Lyft, and both of them worked quite well. A v minor suggestion to the property management: please update the listing to indicate that the unit has washer and dryer. Having them was very helpful, and others will appreciate it as well.

Perfect in every way!

We love Pass-A-Grille and plan at least 2 vacations here every year. This year it was my self, my husband and our 4 year old grand. The location is perfectly situated between the beach and the bay. Steps to either one and also very close to our favorite restaurant The Brass Monkey. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. A large bed in the main suite ( cant remember but I think its a king) was very comfortable. We had ample space to hang clothes and drawer space. The 2nd bedroom had 2 very comfortable twin beds. We didn't need it but there was also a pull out sofa. The location has a small pool that is clean and quiet. We used this a couple of days when the grand was beached out and needed something different. The location is also very quiet. We enjoyed walking along 8th and shopping at some of the small stores and of course ice cream every day. Its very close to Paradise Grille also. Another of our favorites! Again this location is absolutely perfect. Pass-A-Grille is the only place we stay and we will definitely book this unit again if possible.

The condo was clean, great location, comfortable beds, updated bathroom and close to the beach. The unit provided beach chairs and towels, but an umbrellas would be nice. There are 3 restaurants in walking distance with shopping on 8th street. The beach is narrow on that end so setup early on the weekend to get a spot up front. The pool is nice, but when too many kids it’s not adult friendly. We stayed lower level and heard the guests above moving around. Your only allowed one car and it’s street parking. Sunsets are beautiful and can end the evening with ice cream nearby.
