This beautiful beach villa is the perfect solution for a large family or group looking to spread out and enjoy a fantastic time together in a beautiful beach setting.
Our Beach House is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, home that boasts 2,400 square feet of living space and has 3 levels.
The first level has a garage, a covered patio that features a bbq grill, and a foyer with bench. Endless ways to relax and entertain continue in your own fenced back yard complete with an outdoor shower.
Second level is an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen all adjacent to each other.
The beautiful living room with modern, updated décor, a flat screen TV, and a large comfortable sectional couch from which to enjoy it all. There is a balcony right off the living room with beautiful coastal chairs to relax on. There is also a futon sofa bed located off of the living room (double bed).
The gourmet kitchen includes stunning quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner gas cooktop, high-end soft close solid wood cabinetry and a massive island that seats 4 guests. All you need to add is the food and the fun. The adjacent dining area makes it easy for everyone to eat.
For your convenience there is a half bath right off the living room.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.
There is a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination on the 3rd floor. Third floor has a balcony off of the master bedroom with quiet street views. The 2 other bedrooms and laundry room are also located on the 3rd floor. All 3 bedrooms have a flat screen TV with cable. Bunk bed added in July 2022.
Location, location location! The beach is literally just across the street.
The street has a soccer field, basketball court, playground and a nearby gas station. Sweet Sage Café, Mangos Restaurant and Tiki Bar and the Conch Republic are walking distance among others.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
1 car garage + 2 spaces in the driveway â maximum of 3 vehicles.
COVID UPDATE
We take the safety of our guests and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and ensuring all of the CDC guidelines are followed.
We stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel. In the event that the Governor bans vacation rentals, you would be given the option to reschedule your vacation or accept a credit towards a future stay with no timing restrictions.
For a small amount of money, travel insurance can go a long way. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance (we recommend Travel Guard as they offer different plans i.e. "Cancel for any reason")
It is important that you carefully read the terms and conditions for each plan as these may cover your entire vacation.
