Unit #307 is 1 of 2 units that have 3 bedrooms w/ a Bonus Room. This ~2,100 sq ft. spacious luxury condo has an unobstructed view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Beau séjour

Très beau séjour à IRB! La propriété était très propre. La réalité est fidèle à la description et aux photos sur VRBO. Nous étions 5 personnes et l'espace du condo est immense. Proximité de la plage est un gros avantage. La piscine était très propre. Le propriétaire est facile à communiquer. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre des maîtres est du côté de la rue principale qui est bruyante; on entend bien les camions et motos de l'intérieur. Généralement nous sommes très satisfaits !

Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sam and Patrice’s beautiful condo at Indian Rocks Beach. I visited with my daughters, son in laws and my 1 year old grandson.I’ve been visiting Indian Rocks Beach for 35 years and the Oceanside condos are by far my favorite location.We were in walking distance to many restaurants, brewery and stores. Villa Gallace is a wonderful Italian restaurant and we also went to Monstah Lobstah, guilty Seas, Salt Rock Grill and Guppy’s and had great meals!The Condo was exactly as described and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our balcony and we went to the beach for the sunsets.Thank You Sam and Patrice for providing such a fantastic vacation spot! I’m so looking forward to renting again in the near future!Jane Phillips

3 weeks of fun in the sun! Our condo was spacious and well-equipped. Great pool and spa area. We loved the easy beach access and nearness to restaurants. The elevator made moving in and grocery trips easy. Loved everything about our stay!

Our first time in IRB!

This was our annual framily vacation and we really enjoyed IRB, this home and the gulf side of Florida in general. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Being close to shops and restaurants was great as was being close to Clearwater without staying in Clearwater. The home was huge and the extra room off the master suite was perfect for giving all 4 kids their own beds! We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Another great stay at this amazing condo

We returned due to the spacious beauty of this condo, the location and wonderful hosts. Don’t be hesitant to book this place because it does not have an ocean view. This condo has a birds eye view of the inter coastal and we were able to watch dolphins from the balcony. While the noise from the street can be loud at times, it quiets right down around 10:00, unlike the rooms facing the ocean which tend to be noisy well into the night with people enjoying their balcony time or the pool.

This was our first vacation with our kids as adults there was plenty of room for everyone loved that the beach wasn’t overcrowded and that the condo was so close to the beach the only down side was not a lot to do unless you drove to Clearwater and the things there was to do closed between 5:00pm & 8:00pm right as it was cooling off enough to take the two small kids out and walk but over all was a great place to stay thank you for sharing your home with our family

Wonderful week at the beach….

This is our fifth time staying in the Indian Rocks/Shores area and this was by far the best condo we have had. We did sacrifice a beach view for more room but this unit still have a nice sized balcony with a view of the intercostal. The kitchen and living room area were extremely spacious. We stayed with 8 people in the unit and at no time during the week did we feel cramped. The main bedroom and bathroom were very big and the bunk beds in the old closet was perfect for our two little guys. The other two rooms were perfect for our family and their teenaged kids. The condo has everything you could possibly need throughout the week and a storage area by the pool with about 20 beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach cart, bikes, etc. The beach is VERY close to the unit which makes its easy to go down and set up for the day and go back and forth from the beach, pool, condo. The pool area is a bit tight and was very busy some of the days we were there. Overall we’d have no hesitation booking this unit again. The unit and the owners were absolutely fantastic.

Great Spring Break Vacation!

This condo exceeded our expectations! We had two families, 10 people in total, and it was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in, with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and lots of beach and pool toys. We'll definitely be back (if it's not booked by the 10 people I already recommended it to). Thanks for a great week in Indian Rocks!

Family vacation

Condo was great! Very clean and had everything you needed. Had lots of toys for little kids and the beach items were awesome. Only recommendation would be new mattresses in the 2 spare rooms. We would definitely come back!!
