Crimson on The Gulf #101 - Enjoy oceanfront and pool views from this bright and well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in sought after southern Madeira Beach. This vacation home has all the amenities, including location! location! location! as it sits directly across from popular John's Pass Village, and of course, beautiful clear blue beaches that Florida is well known for. Free WiFi.

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Walking into 101 Crimson, you will immediately feel at home in this 1,315 square foot open living space. The full kitchen, complete with granite countertops, updated kitchen appliances, including microwave and utensils, is ready for your stay, whether you simply desire a cup of coffee, or plan to prepare a full meal. With a dining table adjoining the kitchen that comfortably fits six people, as well as a kitchen bar that seats three, there is plenty of room for a relaxed and comfortable meal.

The spacious floor plan includes a living space with stunning beach views, that leads directly to the private balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets while enjoying a refreshing cocktail. The master bedroom , with a king sized bed, also has ocean views and access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a single and queen sized bed. The third bedroom has one queen bed.

Every need is met during your stay here, complete with 42 inch plasma television, fresh linens, extra pillows, plenty of towels and washer and dryer. You will also have access to BBQ facilities, hot tub, and heated swimming pool all conveniently located. Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes . Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Enjoy watersports, dolphin watching cruises, rent a waverunner, or just relax on some of the best beaches in the country. John's Pass is right across the street, and a popular attraction with unique shopping, incredible restaurants, art shows, musical entertainment and a 1,100 foot pirate themed boardwalk offering a fun experience for the entire family.

Beautiful oceanfront condo!

Lovely condo. Ocean front. Short walk to John’s Pass. Clean. Well stocked. Friendly staff and easy to communicate with. Pool not yet open but management communicated this prior to arrival and compensated with a discount on our stay. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Only one negative, there was no hand soap anywhere. But that was easily bought after arriving! Will definitely stay here again!

A perfect family spring break

We stayed here for our daughter’s spring break with a friend. The place was amazing! Absolutely huge condo with everything you could need. We walked to John’s Pass for all our meals. The host company was very easy to get in touch with. Such a fun place to stay!

Crimson April 9-19 2022

I was a bit worried when I couldn't find any current reviews of Crimson on the Gulf. The front office staff was very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond to our requests. Crimson might not be what you are looking for if you are looking for a quiet get away. One issue we had was with the resort next door Beach Place, constant noise, loud music, kids unsupervised, parties... which made enjoying the balcony in the evening not possible. Unsupervised kids at Crimson in the pool way past city noise ordinance, yelling and screaming well into the late night, finally addressed by management when WE figured out who the renters were. A security company might be worth the investment to monitor the resorts for such incidents, rather than expecting quests to take care of such incidents. The condo does have a million dollar view when you can enjoy it. I would suggest to the owner to update the unwelcoming furniture in the TV room, very old and dirty looking. The Hall bathroom had paint and plaster peeling off the wall and what appeared to be mold around the vent and peeling paint. Balcony furniture has been replaced with a great Bistro table and lounge chair. The main sliding door doesn't have a lock on it so you have to use the piece of wood to secure the door. We got locked in the condo one day, the front office was quick to rescue us and get a locksmith out there to replace the lock. The condo is very spacious, and a well equipped kitchen even though we never cooked there, too many Great restaurants. Loved the beach spent the entire week renting the beach chairs (175.00) while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. John's Pass was a great place to eat and enjoy the water sites. Sunsets at Crimson were unbelievable. Maderia Beach was a great get away with a few bumps in the road with our stay.

Great spot and great rental!

We rented the house and casita with my sister and her husband. We took advantage of both the house and casita. Nice to have to separate living areas. Both very well appointed and very clean. Nice furniture and beds! Back yard with patio and hot tub a fantastic plus for enjoying the outdoors. Very conveniently close to the airport and Route 66 with dining, breweries and pubs. Jessie is so helpful. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was one of the best!

Madeira Beach time

Location is ideal & beach is great. Pool was nice. Condo itself needs to be better stocked with basics. We found no salt & pepper; no paper towels; no dust pan; no pot holders; not even a small amount of laundry soap -- these have always been in any condo we've rented, which we do nearly every year. Kitchen should have been cleaner -- food splatters on the cabinets & stove. There were 3 light bulbs burned out. Master is done well. Second bedroom badly needs new mattress & fresher looking deco. We liked the smaller building compared to the larger complexes. Might rent there again -- probably a different unit. Office was helpful.

Location is awesome

The condo was in a great location, right on the beach and on first floor so easy to walk back for bathroom breaks and food. Additionally, 'John's Pass' village is across the street which offers shopping, restaurants, bars, ice cream and more. Accommodations were nice... could use a new couch. Only complaint was there was construction work going on in the parking garage of the building next door which caused a lot of noise and dust. Might want to ask if that work is complete before booking.
