From the time we arrived, the concierage was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was also so helpful. Charlie was the best. The rooms are exactly as described and very clean. The lobby, lobby bar, cafe, were all wonderful. although one of the female bartenders can be more friendlier with a smile on her face. The rooftop pool was fabulous with the views and exceptional service, one bartendar in particular

The rooms were tiny except the handicap and there were no storage options except a drawer under the bed. The room felt claustrophobic.

For the price this was okay. Definitely could use some upgrades. In our room the blinds were broken and towels were not very good. On a positive note the staff were all great and the hotel keeps with the ST. Pete vibe.
