Such a lovely hotel with a touch of history where I had a great stay for just one night. Although the building is aged, it has all the amenities I need, such as free parking, a platform lift, a cooler filled with ice bags, free coffee and ice/hot water and a pool, etc. Plus, bed was comfy and breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was fresh and the staff was wonderful! The property was beautiful. The pool is warm we will definitely be back and its convent to everywhere right in the middle we went to Saint Pete one day we went to Clearwater water one day we went to Madeira one day just absolutely wonderful trip and the room made it even better

Highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful Historic hotel. Very clean and friendly front desk. The breakfast was the best we ever had and we travel a lot. Scrambled eggs AND cheese omelets. Sausage AND bacon plus lots more. Very fresh and hot food. Very clean breakfast room.

The property is a lovely older hotel in excellent condition. The hot breakfast was great and served in the original dining room. There are veranda rooms with rocking chairs. The staff is very helpful and the pool area is good. The parking is easy and our room was quiet and clean.

Hidden gem in St Petersburg

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional! The hotel is an historic building with loads of character, and even though it was an older building, it did NOT have a rundown feeling. As you enter the main lobby, you are greeted by friendly staff. Kazzandra at the front desk greeted us and we immediately felt welcome. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed was too firm for our liking, and we mentioned that to Kazzandra. Unfortunately, they were booked full and could not move us to another room. Later that day however, she caught up to us and offered a mattress topper and the staff had that on our bed when we came back from sightseeing. The remainder of the nights were wonderful. Their breakfast is also top notch. Real scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, fresh fruit and a variety of other choices included with the stay. The pool was small but nice, and even though they were booked full, we often had it to ourselves or shared it with only one or 2 other guests. There are so many quaint little things that made our stay enjoyable there isn’t space for me to mention them all. You’ll have to discover them for yourself. 5-star feel without the 5-star price tag! A must stay, and we will certainly be back!

This is our second vacation to Crystal Bay with our little dachshund. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff is so friendly, especially with our little pup that is why we decided to go back again I would never use hotels.com again they were so much more money than what I could’ve paid if I ordered directly through the hotel
