Summer Dreams is a MODERN beach house with a luxurious Palm Springs style backyard. It includes a SALT WATER HEATED pool. The pool has a Baha sun ledge w/ top of the line Ledge Lounger chairs, a built in umbrella & fountain for the ultimate in relaxation! It’s also a great place for the little ones to play & cool off under the umbrella. To continue the fun in the sun, there is an outdoor TV & entertaining area to kick back and watch a game, a grill, lounge chairs, umbrellas, cornhole, & more.



The Space:

Welcome to Summer Dreams!



The home is located just 4 minutes to the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach (please make time during your trip to catch the most breathtaking sunsets at this beach-see pictures for a preview!). Maybe take in the sunset while enjoying a picnic dinner or searching for shark teeth, it makes for a memorable evening! The world famous Clearwater beach is a scenic 19 minute drive north along the beach. Splash Harbour, a favorite water park to all ages, is a quick 5 minute drive! The scenic Walsingham park and running trails is a 4 minute drive. For maximum convenience there are two large grocery stores less than 2 minutes from the house and many other stores in walking or close driving distance!



Once you enter the home, you will fall in love with this beautiful, spacious, professionally furnished, modern beach home featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



Relax and read a book in the cozy swing chair or comfy day bed in our all seasons room overlooking the pool. The day bed includes 2 comfortable twin beds. If you must work on vacation, the desk overlooking the pool, is just about the best place you can do it.



Enjoy your host provided local ground organic coffee or organic tea at our large kitchen island. The kitchen is fully updated with all modern conveniences and a fun summer vibe. The open layout is perfect for family gatherings and dining. Enjoy family movie night on the big screen TV, while relaxing on the large sofas in the living room, or take out some provided playing cards and board games for a little friendly competition! The kids can even have a fun sleepover in the living area with the full size pullout couch, and the two day beds in the connected four seasons room!



Stepping into the main suite designed with calming tones and a spa like aesthetic, will provide just the relaxation you were hoping for. The king bed with a premium mattress will be the perfect place for a nap after all the fun in the sun. The suite also has its own Roku TV, large walk in closet with dresser, and private bath.



The additional two bedrooms share a second full bath. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bunk beds and a tasteful modern nautical feel. The third bedroom has a modern take on the old Florida vibe with a queen bed and Premium luxury mattress. All bedrooms are equipped with new Roku TVs.



Once you’re settled in, head towards the gorgeous resort style backyard and you will see why the home is called Summer Dreams. There are many amenities out back to do as little or as much as you want! There is a beautiful salt water HEATED pool with a tanning shelf. It is equipped with luxury water chairs, a water fountain and amazing multi-colored light feature. In the cooler months, the pool is heated to a coastal 83 degrees (the temperature can be raised up to 88 degrees for an additional daily fee). Also for your enjoyment, there is an outdoor entertaining area with TV, and lounge chairs with umbrellas to relax and read a book. We provide floats for the pool, pool/beach towels, cornhole, spikeball, yoga essentials, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, football, and much more.



We also provide linens, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning products, laundry detergent, sunscreen and more. Wherever possible we strive to provide eco-friendly and organic products and linens.



If you’re bringing the kids, we can setup the pool safety fence upon request. We also provide a pack & play w/ sheets and blanket, and a portable high chair.

The Neighborhood:

Summer Dreams is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood lined with beautiful Oak and Palm trees.



Getting Around:

Summer Dreams is only a 4 min drive to the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. There is public parking right over the causeway and along the strip. The World Famous Clearwater Beach is a 19 minute drive along the beach.



Large Grocery stores and restaurants are less than a two minute drive or short walk from the home.



Splash Harbour water park, loved by all ages, is just a 5 minute drive away.



Walsingham Park, with scenic walking and biking trails is just a 4 minute drive.



The house is centrally located to a number of family attractions like aquarium, bird sanctuary, mini golf, etc.



John’s Pass for the ultimate in family fun, is 19 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

You MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.



PETS:

Pets are welcome at Summer Dreams.



Pets are NOT permitted in the pool.



We do require all droppings to be picked up prior to leaving the property or face an additional $50 fee.



If there are any stains from pets or otherwise, please let us know, so we can address them promptly.



Failure to mention pets in your stay will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.



QUIET HOURS/PARTIES/EVENTS:

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 9am and are STRICTLY ENFORCED. This home is in a family friendly neighborhood, please be considerate and respectful to our neighbors.



Parties and Events are ABSOLUTELY NOT PERMITTED. You will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund if you have been found to violate this rule.



This is a non-smoking property.



If these rules are not adhered to you may be asked to immediately vacate the property and will forfeit your payment.







Pool:

Swimming and use of the pool are AT YOUR OWN RiSK. You waive us of any liability by using any part of the pool. If damage is incurred to the pool during your stay then you will be held financially responsible.



Security Cameras: There are two security cameras on the property, one at the front door, and one in the side yard, facing the front backyard access. For your privacy we do not have any cameras facing the backyard pool area or indoors.



Interaction with Guests:

We are always available for all of guest needs and questions via app messaging, and our phone numbers are included in the guest book and welcome email. We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. We are always happy to meet, or talk with our guests in person if they prefer, as we are local to the area.
