NEW listing only 11 miles from beautiful Clearwater Beach!

Brand new fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a Ninja blender, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, dish washer and much more. Kitchen table has seating for 6 as well as 4 bar stools at the counter. French doors from in the kitchen that go out to the pool area. Full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Enough room for 10 people to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom that has a door out to the pool area. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle twin bed perfect for the kids. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen beds. We also have a pack and play with a 1.5 inch organic cotton mattress. Newly remodeled bathroom between 3rd and 4th bedrooms with a tub and a shower. Bath and beach towels available as well as everything you will need for a day at the beach. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers, etc. Smart TVs in all rooms and free WiFi access. Large living room with large TV and french doors out to the pool area. We have a beautiful screened in pool area with a grill perfect for dinners outside. Heated pool. (There will be an extra charge of $30 per day to heat the pool if needed.) Just minutes from plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and a shopping mall. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Only 11 miles from famous Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, 7 miles to the Dunedin Causeway, 21 miles to Busch Gardens in Tampa, and under 100 miles from Sea World and Disney World in Orlando. Conveniently located 16 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 10 miles from Clearwater-St. Pete Airport (PIE.)

Nice Cozy home

We appreciate being able to stay in this nice home in Clearwater. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The check in process was super easy and fast and we were able to check in early. We had some issues with towels being wet and some other things but We let her know and someone came there and fixed everything. We appreciated her including the pool heater bc of it. It definitely makes a difference but they do charge for it. The pool and outside area was very nice and clean. Only complaint is there is only one small garbage in the kitchen (too small if you have a family staying) and there isnt a recycling bin inside to put recycling and there was garbage in the recycling bin outside that we couldn’t use. Also it isnt a cheap place to stay in fact more on the luxury level but I felt that some of the details could have been better.. examples I thought were the toilet paper, soap, sheets, beach chairs. We really liked the nice story behind the house and family. Thanks again! B

Excellent Centrally Located Clearwater Property

Our family rented this great house for our visit to Clearwater Beach for our daughter's wedding. We usually stay on the beach when we visit but the wedding was during Spring Break so that was out of the question. This house was the perfect solution for us. It was half way from the beach and the airport which was essential to us. This place is also just 5 minutes from Countryside Mall and dozens of restaurants and a Publix...super convenient. The house itself is sparkling clean, not a single bug was found inside. The pool was gorgeous, it is heated and well maintained. Plenty of furniture out there to grill by the pool, which is screened in!. The kitchen has everything we needed to make meals- air fryer, blender, toaster oven, microwave. Everything works well, and again super clean. The AC was awesome, as were the fans in nearly every room. The host was also super responsive with any questions we had. Our family absolutely loved this place! We almost missed our flight because we were all sitting around not wanting to leave. Can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful vacation home!!!

We stayed 16 nights in this beautiful, updated, spacious home with EVERYTHING needed to make your vacation extra special. Upon arrival the home was very clean . We loved the location of the house with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping and a short drive to the beaches. The kitchen was equipped with anything that you could possibly need for entertaining or just hanging out. Special thanks to Meagan and her family for sharing their beautiful home in Clearwater. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. We have already made plans to return!!!

Perfect for Families!

This house is beyond perfect for a family or multiple couples looking to get away! Loads of room in the house and outside. Communication was always great with the host and if we had any issues I would send a message and get a reply within a few minutes. The house has floaties, beach toys, beach chairs and even an umbrella! The kitchen is beautifully redone and has ample space for storage of food and counter prep space! All the beds are extremely comfortable as well. We have no negative comments to review about this property! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
