Maintenance Notice: Due to HOA repairs, the common balcony will be unavailable from August 1–September 30. If the west/front staircase is temporarily closed during construction, guests may use the east staircase. Work is expected to last 6–7 weeks, weather permitting. Thank you for your understanding.

Escape to this beautifully renovated beachside condo in the heart of charming Pass-A-Grille, where relaxed coastal living meets effortless convenience. Just steps from the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf, this inviting retreat comfortably sleeps four with a queen Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa, making it perfect for couples or small families.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker—ideal for everything from quick beach snacks to relaxed meals at home. After a day in the sun, unwind with your favorite shows or take in the sunset from the shared upper-level viewing deck.

Located directly across the street from the beach and just one block from the vibrant Pass-A-Grille village, you’re within easy walking distance of an ice cream shop, local restaurants, boutique shopping, fishing piers, and the laid-back Paradise Grille beach bar. To make your beach days easy and comfortable, we provide two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler.

Guests should note that stairs are required to access the balcony and shared exterior amenities, including a washer and dryer located on the second level.

To maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests, the property is pet-free, and a signed rental contract along with a valid government-issued ID is required prior to check-in. For safety and security, exterior cameras record audio and video 24/7.

Street-permitted parking is provided for one vehicle. While vehicle information may be submitted in advance and receipt confirmed, the vehicle is not considered registered for parking until registration is explicitly confirmed on the day of arrival, as advance registration is not available.

Very nice to work with, kept us up to date and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable.Balcony view of the beach, sunsets were wonderful! Place was clean , plenty of towels! Shower floor could use some attention but overall we would recommend.

Great Location

Steps away from several great places to eat and the beach. It was a really nice place. well-equipped and nicely decorated. The bathroom is pretty small and might be an issue for a bigger person, but otherwise adequate.

Tiny house living, great location

Although I had some issues not receiving e-mails (owner was very responsive to messages and all issues with e-mail resolved quickly), the stay was lovely. The condo is very small but worked for me and my husband. Great location across the street from the beach and within a block or two of great bars and restaurants. Highly recommend the key lime pie martini at Hurricane’s rooftop bar, Hurricane bisque at the restaurant, and the key lime pie at Grace’s.

Clean and beautiful beach - We were required to provide car information for parking the day of occupancy, we did this prior to close of business Friday and did not recieve a response, called and left message, emailed and tried to call again Saturday morning, sent another email and got a response after paying for many hours of parking. - This is the only complaint - we followed directions and TechTravel did not follow through on their end.

Great location in Pass A Grille

This efficiency apartment is well appointed,nicely decorated and just what we needed for our spring break getaway. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. The convenience of the location to the beach resturants,ice cream, coffee can't beat it. The common area is well maintained.The property manager called to check in. Beach chairs,umbrella towels all provided. The kitchenette was nicely appointed too. I would recommend this location.

Our rental experience was great. We had an amazing trip and enjoyed being so close to the beach. Great restaurant options nearby, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, clear beaches. Perfect location, rental was clean and met our needs. Rental was as described! Only negatives were hard pillows, a few soft pillows is recommended. Also, for folks that are staying longer than a weekend, amenities were a little slim. Wouldn’t want to uber to town just for toilet paper. A few welcome snacks would add to the charm of this great beachfront rental.

Just where we wanted to be!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tech Travel was easy to work with and responded quickly. Vivian was especially pleasant and lovely. The unit we stayed in at this property was very light and well decorated for a place at the beach. We had our 8 year old granddaughter with us and it was great but would probably not recommend this place for folks with young children. It is basically a retirement community with lots of noise restrictions. Also not at all a party place at the beach for young adults. Mature renters only. The older people who reside there are a little frosty but warm up eventually. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the Brass Monkey. We saw two spectacular sunsets. You need to be very organized in the unit because it is definitely tiny living for three people with lots of luggage. It is necessary to put the beach chairs outside on the walk to have any room at all in the closet. We stored things under the Murphy bed to get them out of the way. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the feel of unit 10 and the thought that was put into making it special. I have cleaned homes and rentals for 30 years so a five is pretty tough to get out of me :)
