This amazing 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1180 square foot, family-friendly condo is the ultimate vacation destination located directly on Pinellas County’s Gulf Coast & World Famous pristine white sand beaches. This home is located in the perfect spot. A waterfront restaurant is right across the street in addition to boat & scooter or cart rentals.

This exclusive condo boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico to the West from the Master bedroom, living room, dining room & the kitchen. The remaining 2 large bedrooms provide you with a glimpse of the Intracoastal Waterway to the East & make this 2nd floor condo stand & far above expectations.

The Master suite features a King size bed & private bathroom fit for the most discriminating guests with a spacious updated shower and granite counter tops. This great condo offers a split bedroom plan with the larger guest room boasting 2 double beds while the smaller bedroom has 1 Queen. The guest bath, also remodeled features a tub & shower combo.

The fine furnishings throughout this condo will please the most meticulous guests. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances in addition to the essentials such as a toaster, dishes, cooking utensils & lots more. After the day on the beach it’s just a short walk or drive to some enjoyable restaurants. Our Pinellas County beaches also offer a Trolley Service with stops along Gulf Boulevard furnishing you access to the many local treasures we have to offer all day and late into the evening for minimal costs. If you have a vehicle there is a reserved parking space under the garage as well as guest spaces out front for your convenience.

Family trip to celebrate my retirement

The lovely condo was the perfect space for our family of seven. The condo has all of the amenities needed for family comfort and fun. We especially appreciated having beach toys and chairs for our use. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from our lovely balcony. Our family plans to be return guests.

We enjoyed strolling after dinner.

Perfect location

We have been going to IRB for 10 years. This is by far our favorite condo. It’s an end unit with plenty of space, spiral staircase to the pool and beach and everything you need! Lots of San Toya and chairs (not guaranteed as people leave what they buy) but we look forward to staying again next year! And Beth is extremely responsive during the booking and check in process!

August Beach Getaway

Our stay at Sand Castle II was amazing. Beth was able to make everything during our stay, from booking the whole way through to checkout, seamless. She was very prompt with her responses and readily available to help when needed. The place itself was great also. It had everything you needed from a well stocked kitchen, to starter products, and everything needed for a great beach visit. The views and private staircase was an added bonus! We can’t wait to come back to Indian Rocks and stay in #2206 again!

Best FL Trip Ever

We absolutely loved this condo. It was just the right size. The balcony with the spiral staircase to the pool was awesome. We never had to leave the unit to go the pool or beach. Just walk out to the balcony and head down the spiral stairs. Beth was so attentive to our needs and was always available if we had any questions. It was a great trip.

Much needed family vacation!!

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had! The location is so perfect and the beach and pool access could never be better. Although it would be great to find other new places to stay around this area we have discussed that we would love to just come right back to this condo due to the amazing location, service, cleanliness, beach access, and overall atmosphere. What a wonderful and amazing place for an intimate family vacation!!

This was a great condo, The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was big enough for our family and friends. The beach towels and the cooler were a huge plus. The girls enjoyed the easy access to the beach via the stair off of the Deck. I would stay here again.

I loved the corner condo unit. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation at the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Love the view and the beautiful sunsets!

Location!!

This is a cute little unit right on the beach. The ease of access is hard to beat. The spiral staircase down to the pool/beach made it so easy for us. Would have given it 5 stars, but it could use a little updating and TLC. Agent says the exterior will be updated soon, and we can’t wait! Already booked for another stay!

Beautiful view and excellent amenities

The condo was lovely. We enjoyed the private stairs to the pool, and the extra balcony space was wonderful. The property manager was fabulous and got right back to me when I needed anything. This was our second time at this complex. Our only complaint was that this year there was security, and they made everyone leave the pool and hot tub by 8 pm. This was quite disappointing, especially when we just wanted to relax in the hot tub for a bit after dinner while the kids took a swim before turning in for the night.
