Direct Gulf front condo. This condo is only one flight up with a spiral staircase to the pool area and stairwell on the front side of the building providing easy access. Beautiful and newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom, condo with private balcony on the Gulf of Mexico is ready to make your vacation dreams come true. The private balcony offers spectacular nightly sunsets, outdoor dining space and a spiral staircase to the pool area. The living room features a 60" TV with premium cable and a DVD player. The living room is Gulf front with a sliding glass door to the balcony and a ceiling fan. This condo has FREE secure Wi-Fi and FREE Long Distance to U.S. and Canada. The Gulf-front master bedroom has a King size bed with 50" TV, a ceiling fan, sliding glass door to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has-in shower and has been fully upgraded. The second bedroom has two Double beds, ceiling fan, and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV. Make memorable meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has all the conveniences of home to include both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience as well. Sand Castle III offers a beachside Heated Pool, Hot Tub and Gas Grills for your use.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
