NOW BOOKING FOR WINTER 2026 . 3 MONTHS JAN, FEB AND MARCH. PLEASE REACH OUT. THIS CONDO WAS NOT AFFECTED BY THE TWO STORMS.This 1 large bedroom and 1 1/2 Bath condo is recently updated with new furniture and appliances. It has a gorgeous view of the intercoastal waters of the Gulf, right from the second floor balcony. Sit and enjoy the many beautiful boats and yachts that go by and you may also see a dolphin. It has a spacious bedroom suite which has a king bed and a large walk in closet . The ensuite bathroom is right off the bedroom which includes a bath/ shower . The condo is directly across from Indian Shores Beach.The condo is equipped with a full Full Kitchen which includes new stainlesssteel appliances fridge , stove , microwave and toaster. It is also equipped with in unit private laundry which includes the washer and dryer. In the family room you will find a queen size dream sleeper sectional sofa. Internet and cable are included. Everything you need is included for your vacation getaway. The Swimming pool is heated and salt water. Fishing right off the dock , outdoor grill area & shuffleboard on property. The condo is a non smoking unit. We provide all necessary linens and towels for your stay . Trolley access is available at the front of the complex where you can travel along gulf Blvd to explore and shop or perhaps make a day trip to the famous Clearwater beach . Many restaurants, ice cream shops are within walking distance. Free parking is available on premises.

That VIEW!!

The property was clean, bright, and homey. The balcony overlooking the water was excellent, we spent a good amount of time watching boats, and looking at the moon. The pool was clean, and centrally located, the parking close by. The condo felt like home, which is the highest of compliments, and we look forward to coming back, next year. Thank you, for the wonderful stay!

Calming Getaway

We were so excited to arrive and the property was perfect! The unit is on the end facing the inter coastal, very quiet and serene. You can watch the sunrise, dolphins and manatee right from the balcony. Out front there is a crosswalk that leads right to the beach. The unit was nicely stocked with linens, toilet paper and any kitchen products that you would need. It is a great location, right between any restaurants or shopping that is desired. This is a great unit and the host is very quick to respond to any needs. Top notch place and we will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful condo on the intercoastal waterway

Condo was fantastic! It was very clean, well equipped and the furniture was comfortable, especially the king sized bed. Balcony overlooks the intercoastal waterway and the view was beautiful! Swimming pool was large/heated and the beach was directly across the street. The host was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our questions. It is apparent that he does what he can to make sure that guests will have a positive experience. Highly recommend this condo. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful location, very clean and beautiful place:

Everything from the booking to the check in process was easy and seamless, very professional, trustworthy, and friendly owners. The condo is very clean and newly renovated. Perfect location, just across street from beach, shops and delicious restaurants all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again! looking forward to coming back here in the spring
