Modern marine Design apartment offers you a gorgeous home away from home, with all of the amenities, to provide you with an unforgettable coastal vacation.
Completely Renovated 1100 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in a resort style, gated community of AVALON AT CLEARWATER, just 5min drive to the world famous Clearwater Beach.
The condo offers a Split Floorplan with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides offering guests maximum privacy allowing for a very comfortable stay for a family or 2 couples. Amenities include a gorgeous, resort style, salt water pool area, bbq area, gazebo and fitness center all nestled between beautiful court yards.

Apartment have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, and a patio-type balcony. Master bedroom, which includes a king size bed, flat screen tv and private master bathroom, has an ensuite w/step in rain head shower and walk-in closet.
Second bedroom is furnished with a two full size beds. Second bathroom have a bathtub with shower. Towels, pillows and linens are included.

Great room features 55" flat screen LED TV with free WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen with all new white style cabinets & stainless steel appliances, refrigerator has ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils.
Beautiful private Lanai with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail with walkout from the Master as well as the Great room.
Condo is stocked w/beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler & large beach mat for your fun on the areas many beautiful beaches, try a different beach every day or relax in the resort style heated pool.

We had a very nice stay in this condo. It was more than equipped with unforseen necessities. There was everything from complete pool and beach accessories to fully stocked kitchen appliances. The decor was very nice. The room was very clean, the outside was very clean and well maintained. The pool was very nice and heated. 10 out of 10 we would stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for my family

I traveled with my family and this place was perfect. I did have to child proof it in the sense that I had to put breakable stuff up. 10 minute drive to the beach very residential area. This place has all that you need with great location. Would highly recommend for anyone considering this place.

Our stay was very nice! The condo was decorated beautifully. The bathrooms were very nice and updated. The beds were comfortable! It had ample closet space! The kitchen was ok, needs some updates. Pans were rough on the stove too. Needs new pans, spatulas, carving knives. The only real complaint is it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We did not know this till a month before!

Exactly what we were looking for

We really loved this property. The Condo was bright, clean, with a happy vibe and every thing we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was an easy car ride to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was heated, and provided a great atmosphere. There were days that it was hard to get seating by the pool. I do think more chairs could be provided. We will be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo! The property was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had all the extras I could have hoped for—plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and even beach gear. The early check-in was a huge bonus and made settling in so much easier. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect, and the condo felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

Adorable apartment with all the touches of home

We stayed in this cute condo and were pleasantly surprised. It was adorably decorated. The host is very pleasant and easily accessible. Numerous items were left for beach use, and the location is great. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was fine, this is our 2nd or 3rd time staying here. Items need to be updated, bathroom light on the left isn't working, bed room lamp on the right isn't working. living room furniture is getting worn. We don't spend a lot of time in the condo so these items were tolerable. If we did spend a lot of time in the condo I would look else where next visit

Third Floor Condo in Clearwater

This third floor condo in clearwater was Clean, Cute and Comfy. The beds and pillows where just like home. It was well stocked with beach towels, chairs and even had some sun screen. Pool was warm and inviting even on a cool January day. Only down side was a little loud during school hours, however I would stay again in a minute.

Beautiful Clearwater condo

So cute and homey it did need a little more cleaning but over all it was an amazing house it is on the third floor so after all the swimming we did coming home to the stair was annoying but it has a heated pool so the days we couldn’t swim at the beach we swim at the pool. There is a school close by and they are a bit loud in the mornings but we will be booking again 😁

Great location, very nice condo ❀

This condo is amazing! Very tastefully decorated, with a beach theme. So roomy. Walk in closets in both rooms. The balcony is awesome. We loved going to the pool there. A gated community in a great quiet location, not far from the beach. Great restaurants nearby too. The manager, Luiza, was very accommodating, everything one would want in a manager. The one consideration, this beauty is on the third floor, which my husband and I saw as an opportunity for some exercise. Loved this place.

Very nice property!

The property is great. Very clean and well maintained. The pool is very nice and the water is VERY warm. Nice workout facility within the condo office building. This had all the features of being at your own home.
