The Space:

Welcome to our Sonrisa 10 – A beachfront paradise.



Beautiful beachfront property offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Gorgeous interior, comfortable furnishings and convenient and relaxing location is just some of what Sonrisa 10 has to offer.



The unit is located on the 2nd floor offering 2 stories totaling 1000 sq ft.



As you walk in, you will find an open floor plan with the updated kitchen, living area and dining table.



Living area features breathtaking views of the Gulf and access to the covered balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful landscaped grounds this sits on. You can walk down the spiral staircase right to the pool and then onto view the beautiful coastline and take a walk on the beach. The patio lets you take it all in from sunrise to enjoying the beautiful sunsets in the most sought after area in the world. You'll think it's just you here to soak it all in.



Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances to make any meal that suits you and your friends or family during your stay here.



First level has the first bedroom with a King bed. Hallway bathroom can be accessed from the first bedroom or through the hallway. Full bathroom features double sinks and an invigorating shower.



The spiral staircase leads you to the top floor where the Primary Suite awaits.



The primary suite has a King bed, TV, closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The best amenity this property has is the rooftop private terrace overlooking the beach. It is spacious and private to let you enjoy the most magnificent sunsets from here.



This spacious condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained, as is the complex with its attractive exterior and lush landscaping.



We provide WiFi, washer and dryer, uncovered parking and a shared pool.



Location is very convenient, you are between Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. You can take a short drive either direction to take in all the sights, shops, restaurants and excursions these area have to offer. This is a small, quiet residential community that takes you away from the busy action.

This unit is not conducive to small children due to the spiral staircase.

One assigned parking space available.

No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions!

The pool is not heated during winter months

This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.

Exceptional location and it felt like your own private beach! Very clean condo, beautiful sunsets & sunrises. Clear blue water with sandy beach. Easy to relax at this oasis. The owner greeted us as we arrived and walked us through the condo. He was so nice and informative! Any questions I had throughout the stay, he answered! We will definitely be back! Disney was only about 2 hours away, so we took the kids for the day. I got engaged there as well! Great property!!

A little slice of heaven!

Such a great location for a relaxing trip! No crowds on the beach, even over the 4th of July holiday! If you like a more touristy area, you're literally a 8 minute drive to the hustle of Clearwater. Permanent residents were very welcoming and friendly. The enchantment of the spiral staircase wore off for the kids mid-week, but would still recommend. The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a crock pot and extra beach towels! Will definitely be back!

Amazing property!

We had a delightful stay at Becky's Retreat. The condo is pristine, including the fully appointed kitchen with new appliances and comfortable beds. We enjoyed remarkable sunsets, fully visible throughout the living area and kitchen. However, the most special and amazing feature is the private sitting deck, just off the upstairs master bedroom. As pictured, the outdoor furniture was very comfortable and adaptable to our needs. Our check-in manager, Allison, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Yet the proximity to Clearwater makes it easy to go and do anything else you would want. This condo is great for two couples - two king beds, both with ensuites and far apart for privacy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the shower head and kitchen faucets seriously need changing. Also the disposal button can get stuck in the on position which is a safety hazard. This would be quite inexpensive to replace- so why not? Could be no one has mentioned it before. Otherwise the kitchen is greatly equipped , the beds are super comfortable and the views are unbeatable! Go!
